Playing with fire - Lots of fire! Beautiful dancers and dancing. Good cultural information shared by a genial host. There was a variety of foods to try.

Best Show on Kaua’i! - It would be hard to top this show. It was great from start to finish. The guitarist (and drummer) was super, as was his wife (hula dancer). We highly recommend this show over any luau. Additionally, we had 2 vegetarians with us who loved the food. KUDOS.

Go for the show - The show is incredible. You can really tell hi passionate the performers are about their craft, and they aren’t just showing off - they seek to educate. It was worth the price just to see the show itself. If we went again, however, we would forgo the dinner. Everything we ate was fairly lackluster. You get two drink tickets with your meal, but my husband and I had to try for thirty minutes to flag a waiter down to get our first drinks. I would understand if they were too busy, but literally everyone around us was getting service while we were overlooked, even holding our tickets up. By the time the show ended we hadn’t even managed to get our second drinks. Again, the performers were phenomenal, but the hotel itself is what dropped the ball.

Better than a traditional luau! - We LOVED this show! Our family learned a lot about the culture and story behind each dance! The music and dance was beautfiul and powerful! A definite must see -- and get the VIP seats for a front row view!

Awesome show - The best part of any luau is the final act with the fire. This show is all fire. It was great. The seating was not great. We were at table 3 far end. I had to stand to see the show.

Show was good. - The food was alright...not the best but not the worst. My children didn't really eat anything but the bread rolls and the fruit. We took the VIP option and had good seats for the show, which was really good. We got to take pictures with the crew after the show, which was fun as well. Hubby and I had 2 tickets for 2 drinks but we only ended up being able to get one drink each because by the time the server came back around to our table, the bar had closed. Even though we kept trying to get her attention. The kids got their two drinks at least, which helped a little. Show was really fun, food was alright, service was alright.

Great show, ok food - The show was great! Very entertaining and the whole family enjoyed it. The meal was buffet and just decent. I would skip the buffet and just do the show next time.

Ahi Uila Fire Show and Dinner at Hilton Gardens Kauai - The show was great but the food was very mediocre. Very disappointing. The complementary drinks were watery. We were seated at long tables with very little visibility to the stage. The Fire show was very good though from what I was able to see.
