- 3118 Hoona Rd - Our Kauai Guided Shore Snorkel takes you on a 2 hour (from start to finish including check-in) guided snorkel with a certified dive instructor from the shore. There is NO Boat involved with this tour. Actual snorkel time is roughly 45 min-60 min. This adventure will have you snorkeling Kauai’s pristine south shore reefs and have you learning about our tropical fish, sea urchins and sea mammals. We are often greeted by a turtle nesting on the beach or a Hawaiian monk seal basking in the sun. What a wonderful experience from a distance, it is the law to keep within 50 feet of our endangered species. Learn more about our Hawaii ecosystem and identify an array of tropical fish. Beginners Welcome.

- Not for travelers exceeding 300lbs. Due to safety and physical constraints, we must follow a strict weight LIMIT of 300lbs or less.
- Not for travelers who cannot easily walk into and out of the ocean water
- Participants should be COMFORTABLE in the water. You don’t need to swim like an olympic gold medalist, but we will NOT be teaching you to swim either.

Matt was super wonderful... - Matt was super wonderful and attentive. It ended up just being my partner and I, so we got an unexpected private snorkel tour, which made the experience even more special. Matt did his very best to make sure we were educated, but also aware of anything exciting, after our conversations, that we would be interested in seeing. Definitely a highlight of our first time in Kauai.

Snorkeling Fun! - Lindsay and Mason were fantastic! they were a lot of fun and super informative…definitely kept an eye on us and when the waves started to get unruly kept us all safe. Great time was had by all and we saw so many cool fish!

What An Experience! - What an experience!
Everything about our experience with Kauai Zodiac Tourz was phenomenal. Up to date communications with clear and precise directions were given emailed and texted. Our guide was knowledgeable and easily calmed any anxiety within our group. While there is some education that needs to happen prior to departure, we didn't waste any time. And our experience in the water was top notch as our guide pointed all the cool things to see.
It was a great experience and a highlight of our trip to Kauai.

Snorkeling Adventure - Ona was a great guide and very knowledgeable of wildlife both on land and especially in the ocean. Saw lots of different fish and even two sea turtles. All this a short distance from shore.

Awesome snorkel tour! - This was our first visit to Kauai and we wanted to fit in as much activities as we could during our stay. We pre-booked a guided shore snorkel and were completely amazed both at what we were able to see and also by the knowledge, safety and personality & humor of our guide Matt, who was awesome and made us feel safe and comfortable. And we got to see lots of turtles! Highly recommend Z Tours, and specifically Matt, for a fun snorkel adventure!

Great experience!!!! - Best snorkel experience on the island! Already making a plan for the next time. We saw more turtles at this site than any other place we’ve snorkeled before. Matt was a great teacher and did an awesome job of showing us all there was to see! Thank you!
