Definitely a “ Must Do “ when visiting the beautiful Island of Kauai!! - Amazing! We had a great time, our guide, Zach, was great, he was knowledgeable and made it very entertaining! We learned a lot about the island, and saw incredible scenery. Kayaking was awesome, with an easy hike to the most beautiful waterfalls! We were so glad we were able to have this experience, would absolutely recommend!!

Outstanding Tour! - The Wailua River & Secret Falls Kayak and Hiking Tour was fantastic. Kayaking through the gorgeous glass water of the Wailua river surrounded by the lushes trees and vegetation was simply stunning. Hiking and arriving to the beautiful and serene waterfall was amazing. The best part of it all was our tour guide Brian. Brian was entertaining, fun, a local with lots of knowledge. Brian was great with our two young teenagers and with us all. We were very pleased with our tour and the experience overall.

5 hour round trip and totally worth it! - Great experience! Easy kayak adventure, all tandem kayaks so we had an adult and child in each, took 5 hours and was worth every minute! Pack a lunch or several snacks to eat at the waterfall! We forgot ours and quickly regretted it. Swam under the waterfall and loved the hike. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Day - The views while kayaking and hiking were beautiful and amazing. A few things were slightly disappointing. The reviews I read on line talked about the business being family owned and tours being led by island natives. I looked forward to that and learning history of the island. Our guide was from Kentucky, a long way from Hawaii. Our group was spread out and we only heard from the guide when we reached the hike/waterfall portion of the excursion. The “secret falls” ARE NO SECRET!!! It was so crowded we could not get a family picture without at least 10+ other people in our photo. So to sum it up…beautiful scenery, great experience with family, would do it again and recommend it, just lower your expectations of island history and a local giving you a tour. Mahalo!

Beautiful but try a different group - It was a beautiful time. However, Annie was in a rush and seemed like she just wanted to get back. She forgot a few people behind as well. And rushed once we got to the waterfall

On our own. - We loved the experience itself; did it on our own several years ago. But one kayak had a faulty seat back and my husband strained his back and core. Couldn’t even do the hike when we got to that part. And our guide was way up in the lead and never turned around to check on us stragglers. Not good.

Cool experience but poor guide - This experience had SO much potential. The actual kayaking, hiking, and waterfall was amazing. Our tour guide ruined it for us. After the beginning we were left on our own per se. One gentleman had a medical issue (back problem) and we just left him behind on the kayak beach (he was still there when we got back to the kayaks!). Our tour guide offered very little about the scenery and the island (we heard plenty of other guides offer cool tidbits of information along the way.) We got about halfway through the hike and our guide asked if we were all still there. We weren’t. Even the girl the guide kayaked with was “lost”. We continued on to the falls. Our entire group eventually found us at the falls. Our guide told us to wrap up and go back but don’t leave the dock when we got there. We found out later that was because she needed help LOADING the kayaks! We also were told to wait to cross the river - which didn’t happen because our guide ended up in front of us and just crossed. We saw other guides stick with their group and cross them safely. Just a disappointing experience. Poor value for the money.
