Great first trip to Waimea Canyon - This trip was a highly enjoyable introduction to Waimea Canyon. Ernesto and Keana do a great job building a rapport among participants as they take you to lookout points around the canyon, pointing out areas and trails you might want to come back to for a fuller exploration. The bike ride down for the sunset was great fun. Our particular group was able to stay together for the whole descent, but it was clear that there were accommodations available for less experienced riders for whom the speeds might be daunting. An added bonus was the photography - both the normal photos plus Ernesto’s creative use of some iPhone photography features I’d never seen before (I’ll be using them myself going forward).

Dynamite Duo - Eddie and Ernesto were our guides. They were a dynamic duo and lots of fun! If you are lucky to have Ernesto take your photos on this trip it’s an added bonus for sure. Stop at some breathtaking spots to the top of the bike route. Downhill was very fast but you can go at your own steady, safe, comfort level if needed. They took care of everything. We were pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend this tour for a very fun and awesome adventure.

Definitely worth it - Great time! The views were stunning, and it was nice that the tour guides took pics/videos for you, and sent them to you at no cost. Very enjoyable! The only improvement that I would suggest: the guides supply drinks for everyone, waters & sodas, and beer at the end of the tour. But they only had 4 beers and there were 10 on the tour! Everyone wanted a beer when we finished but couldn't have one. If there are 10 on the tour, they should have 10 waters, 10 sodas, and 10 beers to ensure that every person can have what they want to drink. And really, a Hawaiian beer would have been nice vs. the Miller Lite they offered. Class it up a little 🙂.
