Everything mixed in Babylon, people, horses... - Booked the classic program online through a travel agency. The program was inexpensive, should have known it was for a reason🤣 A girl meets you at the entrance and sits you in a chair and promises to give you a briefing. You will have some time to look around and consider the stunning interior. The interior is really amazing, wondering what mushrooms it was created under. Flowers, butterflies, Egyptians, rhinestones, all mixed up in Babylon. Of course, in the middle of the lobby rises a huge false-shaped tower of Babel. Oh, yes, there are also gold columns casually scattered here and there. The interior was enjoyed. Next, a nice girl will start giving you a massage for an extra fee. If you can fight back, fine, you're past the first line. It's like the army. Officers stationed along the route will tell you what to do: come in, sit down, wait, get up, turn around. It's hard to judge them, it's hard to sustain a pipeline of people like that. A hundred people go through them in a day. The first item is the sauna. You have to sit there for 15 minutes. We got out early. A man looking like a nightclub bouncer came up to me and said, "You're out early, go sit for another minute. Next comes a cold Jacuzzi, then a hammam. After that, you have to sit in the chair. A man comes up and puts a clay mask on everyone's faces. He does it with a bored face and not much care. Why does he need a brush? You could take a roller and just roll it in your face. It would be faster, and the result is the same. After that, finally, the highlight of the program is massage. I had a Balinese girl and she's a great masseuse. But halfway through the session, a man came into the room, I had a towel in front of me, so I didn't even see him. The man retorted that the masseuse had told him that I was jammed here and there and had to be rescued - massaged for 100 euros. It was the final exam. Here you need to fight off naked (under a towel) and with your eyes closed. If you make it, cheers! Freedom! You will be released and allowed to enter the garden to the pool with cool water and beautiful views. They will also provide tea service - pour tea into a disposable cup.

Don’t recommend this place - The first part with sauna, cold ’jacuzzi’ was good. After that we came into the Hamam and it felt uncomfortable. The staff doesn’t speak English, we couldn’t understand eachother and they (male staff) behaved rather unprofessional, rude. You do NOT treat a customer with disrespect. It made us feel uncomfortable and spoiled our enthusiasm for other treatmets that followed. None of us could relax. After it was over, we expressed our displeasure in a written complaint. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Turkish (or should I say Russian?!?) Hamam.

Avoid at all cost! - Do avoid this hamam by all means, especially if you are a women!! Most of the staff are males who are INCREDIBLY condescending, rude and unprofessional! I have never felt so uncomfortable!!! Not a single person speaks English so its impossible to communicate any needs, complaints,wishes or whatsoever. They treat you as if you are cattle, moving you from one place to another without EVEN a fake smile. The worst customer service I have ever seen. If you want to know how NOT to do tourism - this is the place. Shame on you and your workers for making Most of the women who were there with me extremely uncomfortable.

The Hamam lasted less than 10 minutes, then the massage. None of us could relax. And the process was exactly as described in the other reviews. They then apologized to us and gave us a voucher for a second free Hamam. The second time was much better, more relaxed, and we bought a 50-minute lymphatic drainage massage. But they left out the aroma oil massage. But the lymphatic massage was amazing! To this day we feel like new borns. The only thing that still spoils the whole thing is that I know I paid a completely excessive price. 100 euros per massage!!! All in all, keep your hands off this (Russian) Hamam. i dont like this spa - This is the bad spa I ever go, because the people there were stingy and all they did while we were there was treat us badly. Only Russian was spoken there and only the people who spoke Russian were treated like that. Very few spoke little English. The massages there were not responsible and we had to pay more than the initial price.
