Our chauffeur will arrive punctually at your designated location and transport you for 2 hours to Alleppey / Kumarakom. On reaching, you’ll proceed with check-in at the houseboat. The Kerala backwaters present an opportunity of a lifetime to discover the picturesque and breathtaking backwaters of Alleppey and Kumarakom. Constituting of a series of saline lagoons and canals that connect five large lakes, the Kerala Backwaters is a complex network of water bodies extending over 900 kilometers. Serving as a key element of Kerala’s tourism, these backwaters were historically used as channels for transporting rice and spices from one location to another using kettuvallams, or traditional rice barges, which now constitute the main tourist draw, ferrying visitors from one spot to another.

Amazing Kerala backwater trip with Lunch - Visited Cochin for a Conference and we 12 collegues planned trip to Alleppey backwaters. We googled and got a very good deal from Kerala paradise holidays. Our driver reached hotel on time. There was prox 2 hrs drive to Alleppey from our cochin hotel. Houseboat cruew were waiting for us. We had 4 hrs cruise and they served delicious kerala lunch and Tea snacks. Amazing experience. Will come to Kerala again with family and will contact you guys again. Thanks
