BEARS, EAGLES, TOTEM POLES!! - Bernie takes you to the action!! We did not have one dull moment during our tour. She was able to work with us and incorporate all of the things we wanted to see, including bears and eagles! The tour felt very personal and not rushed at all. No long lines, no shuttle, no packed bus, no nonsense; she picked us up immediately off of the ship and dropped us off wherever was most convenient for us. She will get you to viewing places that are not possible to reach with cruise tours. We are also very happy to support a native Ketchikanian. Will book again with Bernie!! -Annette & Mike

Beautiful sights, fun driver - My 82yr old mom, my 2 sisters and I took this tour. Bernie was excellent. She asked if we wanted to see anything specific and offered ideas we hadn't thought of. It was a perfect tour for us and I'd do it agsin.

Ketchikan, great place to visit great tour to take. - We had an amazing tour with Art. He was perfect and explaining everything, and making sure that we did not miss seeing a thing in the Ketchikan area. We saw running salmon, bears fishing for salmon, waterfalls, and a fabulous collection of totem poles. This also included arts, authentic local narration in information about his life in the local people of the area. I cannot recommend highly enough spending some time in Ketchikan with Art

The personal touch - So special to hear the stories about the totems, see the real Ketchikan away from the tourist shops and see bears in the wild. Massive thanks to Berni for taking us on a tour of her home town and sharing her stories with us. 4th generation local Tour guide - Magic happens when you learn about a place with a 4th generation local. Bernie (Bernadette) was outstanding: patient, knowledgeable, attentive and super proud of her community/city. With that we learned, enjoyed the city, saw bears, salmos, eagles and learned about the Totem in craftsmanship and story. Ended the day with of where to eat and again a great recommendation! Fabulous! - Bernie was fantastic!! She knew exactly where to take us! She communicated with me several times before tour and was very attentive to our special requests! Bears and salmon! - We wanted to see bears! Art took us directly to a bear area and we saw one in the distance. But he even took us back again a 2nd time and we saw a mother and cub catching salmon in the creek! The only negative was the van was cramped for 6 people and the back seat passengers had no view unless we stopped.

Saw 4 Orcas - We saw a small pod of Orcas. Bernie drove us to 2 different viewing areas and we got a real close up look at 1 of the Orca’s.

Very average, nothing special - Trip was not well organized. Not very friendly or welcoming. Have taken several Viator trips in the past, they have always been excellent. This was at most average.
