Wonderful Family Adventure - Took both our grandsons on an Alaskan Cruise and chose this excursion in Ketchikan. Had a very enjoyable time saw so many starfish and sea cucumbers along the shoreline. Kayaks were very stable and easy to maneuver, Jacob and Erin were very patient and safety oriented when it came to crossing the large boat paths as a group and keeping the group together without even asking us. Even spotted a few Whale blows at a distance but they were headed away from us unfortunately. Had a Sea Lion pop up to check us out as well as spooking a small harbor seal sunning in a tidal cove. Had a great time and would definitely be willing to repeat if given opportunity to be in Ketchikan again.

Kayak to Eagle Island to see eagles and whales! - An incredible experience. Eli, Mallory, Faith, and Noel were awesome! Saw a whale and an eagle. Our drivers Chance and Ivan were also great!

Great guide! - Faith was an amazing guide. A local, Native, and veteran on the water, she knew it all; great history, good pace row, saw otters, sea lions, star fish, sea cucumbers, and she said there are often whales but we didn't see any. She was a fun and knowledgeable guide. Recommend.

NCL SHORE EXCURSION EAGLE ISLAND SEA KAYAKING SOUTHEST EXPOSURE - Booked through NCL. Our guides were Ali and KT. Ali is literally the happiest person I have ever met. KT was great as well. Weather was perfect day that we went. I was disappointed that we didn't see any seals or whales, but we did see eagles and various sea life (sea cucumbers, starfish and urchins). It is nature so its obviously the luck of the draw - no fault at all of the tour or guides. I would recommend this tour especially on a nice sunny day.

Great guide and great tour - The views were amazing! We go to see eagle nests, eagles, jelly fish, starfish and seals. The guide Ali was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Could not say enough great things about her!

Fabulous local co for a great time - Fabulous morn out kayaking! Our guides, Natalie and Laura, did an excellent job of explaining everything, even to people who were nervous or worried about getting into the kayak. They also provided a lot of great area and environmental info, including on the creatures we saw: bald eagles, Sea lions, and whales. I appreciated that they were cognizant of keeping the group together, sometimes waiting for others to catch up, as not everyone had the same level of experience or fitness. Super local, family-run company! Highly recommend!

Eagle island sea kayaking - This was a really fun excursion. We saw sea lions, an eagle and nest, and starfish. Nikki and Austin were great!

Exhilerating! - My friends and I enjoyed our kayak tour with Southeast Exposure. After a short bus ride, we got instructions and equipment and were off for about 90 minutes of kayaking. We did see a couple of bald eagles as well as some marine life. Our guides-- Nick and Benji-- were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this outfit!

Nikki is great kayak guide - On 2023/08/29 I did the Eagle Islands Sea Kayak tour in Ketchikan. Nikki was our tour guide and she did a great job. She even let me have a speedy little solo kayak, which I really enjoyed. We all had a great time paddling around the islands. She shared lots of interesting information about the sea life and history of the area. Such a great time! Thanks, Nikki!

Yes! Do it! - Austin and Benji were great! Incredibly knowledgeable and fun! We got to see starfish, tons of mature and baby bald eagles, sea lions, and seals. I can’t believe how close we got to everything. The paddling was easy and the cove’s waves was gentle. Highly recommend!
