This extended tour is one of the only guided mountain hikes in Ketchikan. And though we are not permitted to go the very top of the mountain, we do gain about 1100 feet in elevation to a high point of 1600 feet at the end of the improved trail, which pops out into the alpine with 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains and the lake and Tongass Narrows below. This tour is only allowed once a day.

Private Ketchikan Hike - Was an amazing solo/private hike! T will go at the pace you set. Does not push to go beyond your level of hiking experience or not. Sweet, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Breathtaking views and a time to reflect on life/situations/circumstances. Take this tour if you want an amazing view of nature.

Great guided hike with beautiful views! - Great guided hike with beautiful views! Teague was very informative and knowledgeable about the Tongass National Forest trees, plants, wildlife, mountains, as well as environmental issues.
