Awesome experience - Great experience with a great crew, Captain Madison, Ellen and Milan took great care of us, highly recommended if you are in Key West.

Great family activity! Many dolphins to see, snorkeling was great, saw barracudas, stingrays and many more fish species - Great family activity! We saw many dolphins. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The snorkeling was also great. We saw a few stingrays, barracudas and many other kind of fishes. On our way back we enjoyed complimentary beer and wine. There are also drinks for children. I would do this activity again.

Boats and snorkeling and dolphins, oh my! - Fun trip and love the salty air and splash of the waves. We had an all female crew and captain and they were wonderful! Knew their stuff about boats, the ocean, snorkeling, etc. we saw dolphins which made my trip perfect! The snorkeling was just ok; only because it had rained that day and the wind was up so water was murky and not clear. The sunset was pretty despite the clouds/rainy skies. There was a little drama between some passengers and we had to take people back to the dock and drop them off; but we went right back out and finished our adventure. Great time and trip!!

Would recommend it. - The trip was amazing. Seeing dolphins in the wild was breathtaking. The crew is very friendly and fun to be around.

Absolute must on your to-do list! - This was the first time I’ve been to Key West and this excursion did not disappoint! The dolphins were on their game and so entertaining. We even saw a sea turtle, nurse shark and hammerhead on the way back! The snorkeling was phenomenal! The water was so clear, perfect temperature and so much to look at. Thank you so much John, Fabiana and Milan for making our trip and wonderful one! My partner and I will definitely be back for future adventures!

Awesome excursion - The Captain and crew were amazing! Definitely would do this one again. We saw several dolphins up close and the sunset was incredible

Good atmosphere - The check-in was a little chaotic, there were many who were going on board and have equipment, and it was only after we found out that there was room on the top floor. But from here it was perfect. We had some first-time snorkelers with us, but they all had a good experience. Then we sailed over to the dolphins, which all saw as the sun went towards the horizon. The last piece of the house we got something in glasses and party music was put on, and then we danced on the deck while the sun went down. Happy and committed staff who made sure of the good atmosphere and that everyone had a good experience ❤️

Lots of dolphins and sunset! - The staff is very professional and kind. We say many dolphins playing for a long time and the information was very useful. The snorkeling at 6:30om is not ideal because the sin is actually staring to set, but it was nice.

Over crowded - There were 12 people to many. Not enough seating. Bands were not checked at the begging and spaces were not considered when booking. I saw a family get booked once there...instead of being told no we have no space for this ride they booked them and due to this the boat was overcrowded VERY NOTICEABLE l... we had booked days ahead for the same reason incase things were FULL. Staff at the check-in station should have told the extra people to wait ✋️ book some other time otherwise trying to see dolphins and snorkel shoulder to shoulder is not fun.

Sunset Watersports - the shake-down operator - The boat was not very crowded, which was nice! Only about 35 people on a boat with a capacity for over 100 - I cannot imagine how awful a full boat must be. We went directly to see the dolphins and hung out for about 30 minutes. This is more than plenty of time as this is not Sea World where the dolphins are trained to entertain us. Watching dolphins in the wild is akin to watching any wild animal in their natural habitat; it's a total mystery what they will do. We then went to the snorkel spot, which was mediocre. The visibility was murky and we couldn't venture more than 100 feet from the boat, which made the snorkeling quite boring. I would avoid any activity with Sunset Watersports. While the crew of three on our boat were lovely, this company (Sunset Watersports) seems to push their staff to shake-down their customers for gratuities, and it is totally off-putting and puts a negative ending on an otherwise pleasant experience. The company should consider paying their staff better and charging a flat fee that includes a gratuity instead of pestering customers to pay even more than they already did for the excursion.
