Great tour - Jared and Louis were great tour guides. Both had us laughing the whole time. Highly recommend. You get a lot for the price.

Must do - This provides a great overview of the island plus transportation. Think about it. The cost of an Uber is about $16 each way. Or you could take a free bike from your hotel. That still takes time. So just take the 2 for one option. This way you can hear about Robert the doll and keep on going down the road. No need to take that mojo home.

Great way to orientate. - We really enjoyed this tour. The guides are knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see all the sights and the chance to jump off and experience different places if they caught our interest. A lovely, relaxed way to experience Key West when you don’t have long to do it all on foot. I’d recommend doing this above anything else to orientate. You won’t be disappointed.

Right driver, great experience - We started the tour with Scott, great guy, upbeat and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of interesting things & he was very king & generous to all. Our next driver was Robert, very grumpy, bad attitude, don’t think he really likes tourists. Hopped off his route ASAP😎

Key West - The excursion was very informative. The ride was very uncomfortable. I am not very big, but the leg room between the seat made for a very uncomfortable ride. I was relieved when the person beside me hopped off so that I could turn sideways in the seat.

Interesting even if a bit pricy - A very convenient way to get around Key West and see several tourist sights. Eliminates the need for a car and to find parking (good luck). Trolleys pick up at pre-determined stops along the route every 30 minutes. They were pretty much right on schedule every time. They use dynamic pricing which means when demand goes up, so does the pricing. The trolley operates between 9:30 and 4:30 so if you want to get the most value out of the price you are paying per ticket, get on early and plan on using it all day. Depending the on the final price per ticket and the number of people you are traveling with, this may be a cheaper alternative that a ride share app. My only recommendation to the company would be to utilize an app that shows the pickup / drop off locations with an approximate time of arrival. We were constantly looking at our watch and the map to figure out both.

Disappointed could not locate the place and missed the bus because it was the last one - We didn't get to go because we weren't given directions to where to catch the bus. When we finally found someone who knew where we should be it was to late the bus had left without us. There were no instructions or address where we were supposed to go. We were very disappointed that we missed the bus. I would like a phone call or a refund of some kind.
