Soi Noen Thong - We will pick you up from your hotel between 10:00 - 10:30 AM. Then we go to the local fresh market in order to learn about the ingredients you will use while cooking; Thai herbs, vegetables, spices used in the homemade chili pastes. You will also learn about where everything at the market comes from; seafood, fresh coconut milk, meats, and all the tropical fruit. While at the market you will also have the opportunity to shop for yourself.

Back at the cooking class you will cook 3 courses using the ingredients from the market.

- Deep fried pork with lemongrass. - Deep fried pork minced mix with herb and wrapped with lemongrass. Serve with sweet chilli sauce
- Kaeng Chu Chi Pla( Traditional Southern curry from scratch). - A selection of Andaman fish cooked it with homemade curry paste from scratch and fresh coconut milk from our local market.
- Bualoi (Thai riceball in warm coconut milk) - Traditional Thai dessert made from stickey rice flour and special ingredients. Unique preparation. Boil in hot water and cook in warm coconut milk.
- Yam Som O (Pomelo Salad) - Super fresh and full of colour dish, Pomelo mix in traditional dressing salad such as fish sauce, lime, chilli oil and sugar. Refreshing and tasteful.
