- Thonburi - For this tour your will need to make your way to our meeting point at Krung Thonburi BTS Station. Here you will meet your guide, who will introduce the tour before you hop into your tuk-tuk (2 or 3 people per tuk tuk). \n\nKrung Thonburi is the first station when you cross over the river to the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Thonburi has a much more local feel and we will explore both local life and history on this side of the river before crossing over to the historic area of Rattanakosin.

Adventuring via the iconic tuk tuk during the night provides an exceptional opportunity to get to know Bangkok and understand its local traditions.
On this tour lasting four hours, you will:
• Experience Bangkok from a tuk tuk ride
• Discover The Flower Market, Wat Arun grounds, and the Chinatown area
• Traverse the historical section of Bangkok, with the chance to view renowned temples and attractions lit up after dark
• Savor a variety of snacks, a full meal, and a sweet treat!
While this expedition is defined as a cultural exploration involving food, it should not be mistaken for a comprehensive culinary tour.
We offer two types of bookings for this tour:
• A shared small group tour with a maximum of 12 guests (not available on Mondays)
• A Personal Tour exclusive for you or your family (ideal for those with young children).
- We meet at a BTS (Skytrain) Station as traffic in the evening can be bad. Strongly encourage guests to take the Skytrain / Public Transport to our meeting point
- Please Note: Temples buildings are usually closed at night but the atmosphere in the grounds are special.
- Some walking is involved through markets and around temples
- This tour is suitable for vegetarians. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
- This is an alcohol free tour and please be aware that it is illegal to drink in the tuk tuk. We reserve the right to stop the tour if there is drunken behaviour. We do provide soft drinks throughout the tour.
- Minimum age of 10 years old for small group tour option. Children are allowed on private tours but must buy a ticket if over 5.: This is an evening cultural tour and will finish about 11pm so it is not advisable for young children.
- If it rains it is more fun: We run the tour throughout the year and have never had to cancel a tour due to rain. If it rain we have ponchos, rain covers and umbrellas. You may get a little wet but if you bring a positive attitude you may discover it is even more memorable:
- Changes to itinerary: The restaurants and food stores we eat at may vary from day to day depending on what’s open.
- There are 2 people per tuk tuk. If you book as 3 or 5 people you may have 3 people in 1 tuk tuk. If you book as an individual you may share with another guest.
- For join-in tour option: This is a small group tour limited to 10 people per group.
- Due to COVID this tour has not been run regularly and will be constantly reviewed to ensure the best experience. Wat Pho is currently closed at night and has been changed to Wat Arun. It is possible they will switch back.
- Not recommended for travelers with walking difficulties

MEETING POINT: EXIT 1 - KRUNG THONBURI BTS (SKYTRAIN) STATION (Green Line exit not Golden Line).
The guide will wait at the top of the stairs (ticket office level) before going to road level. If coming by BTS first exit through ticket gate. Guide will be wearing a polo shirt with an "Expique" logo

Great way to explore and eat street food - I went on this tour on my own, as my partner was not available that evening. Regardless, I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The guide was friendly, knowledgable and the food stops were excellent. The tuktuk drivers were also fantastic. We encountered heavy rain but that didn’t stop the fun, as they provided rain jackets and umbrellas.

Tuk a chance you won’t regret - We had a great time with a knowledgeable and friendly guide and a great bunch of drivers who also sang as backing vocalists. Thoroughly recommend this fab tour.

Fun way to eat and see the city - Started off great when the staff were there to greet me at the sky train station. We were separated into groups where we were lucky enough to get our guide "P." He was so knowledgeable and fun. Our group had people from many different countries and that was interesting too. We stopped at multiple small street food stands along the way, trying different foods at each one. He even added in a pomelo tasting when I asked what it was. It was nice not to just have food only, but also see the flower market and visit a temple. I really appreciated the guide sharing some of his wisdom with us about anger management and relieving stress. We had plenty to eat and we were all stuffed by the end. Nice to have a sit down dinner included. The tuk tuk driver was also great, even turning on music for us when we asked. While not required, please tip your guide and driver. They work so hard.

Great way to see Bangkok! - We had Nylah as our guide. She was fantastic, fun and very knowledgeable. There was so much food. We visited a temple, flower market and street food stalls. This tour is well worth the money.

Family Fun - This tour was excellent! We have been to Bangkok many times and took the kids on this tour and learned a ton of interesting facts about the city and temples. The kids loved the markets and trying all the street food. Kung, our guide was easy to understand and made the tour fun for the kids. We got flowers at the flower market, learned how to make the lotus flowers for the temple and tried a variety of street food. Driving around town at night in the tuk tuk was a magical experience seeing everything lit up. We would highly recommend this tour.

Great way to experience the tuktuk, Thai food and culture. Bee is knowledgeable tour guide and can explain clearly to in - Lovely tuktuk ride around the city and a taste of Thai food and culture. I like it! Bee and the tuktuk drivers made sure we are safe and we enjoyed the experience🙏🏼

Tuk tuk tour - I chose this tour as I had seen it advertised on you tube which looked amazing, unfortunately I was a little disappointed as we arrived early to meet the tour. We were asked if we could start straight away, from that point on it was very rushed , not a lot of street food given considering 4 people and not alot of choice. Everything was rushed from start to finish. The sit down meal we didn't get what we asked for and the ice cream at the end wrong orders n only 2 choice. Was supposed to last 4 hours only lasted 3 hours. There were some good points too but not a lot .
