Wonderful overview of Kigali and surrounds - We had a great private drive everywhere imaginable with this tour. We saw the modern mall and the daily open market. We went past the enormous bus station which is central transportation hub. We stopped at a wonderful art gallery. We drove through upper class neighborhood and walked both pedestrian malls. Our guide Richard was very knowledgeable and patient answered all of our questions
Perfect way to feel we better understand the city and culture.

Good and recommended tour! - Great tour, funny and nice guidebooks. Nice lunch and great souvenirs. Visiting the Kigali and Rebero Mountains remains a highlight!

Felt like we saw Kigali from all sides - It was a great tour that took us to all the different parts of Kigali. We saw different look outs but also the people of Kigali going about their Sunday. Shadady was a knowledgeable, Enthusiastic and very personable tour guide /driver. He made the day one will always remember . Thank you

Kigali the clean city with friendly pupils. - The city tour was great experience for me and my partner, the guide took us to the best and attractive points of the city, we did shopping inside local market and handcrafts shops, we walked through car free zone in musulmus area, pupils are friendly, the city it' self is very clean and every thing is well organized, the tour was amazing and our guide Richard was very kind and he gave us explanations necessary to his country. we highly recommend the tour.

Educative experience, don' miss it. - Amazing tour of Kigali city with a kind guide chadi, we booked the tour with a purpose to know Kigali exactly one of the best city developed in Africa, we have been surprised for haw was the look before genocide compare to the current situation, it was unknown country but now is one of the top destination in Africa especially for tourism activities, the government did good job for his county and his pupils, there is a big changes in terms of previous life style to the current one, we have visit the best attractions in Kigali including: local markets, genocide memorial, car free zones, nyamirambo woman center, Kigali best views,..... every where pupils are polite and say hi with a smile, This a good example for every one. Thank you.

Very good city tour of Kigali - I enjoyed my city tour of Kigali very much. My guide John Bosco was very helpful and knowledgeable. and because I was the only person who had booked on the tour that day there was some flexibility on what we went to see. Our lunch stop was pleasant and it was nice to go slightly outside of the city and see the views of the city from there as well as some of the main sites in Kigali. Recommended.

Top experience tour in Kigali-Rwanda. - We had an open and engaging city tour with universal during our last visit in Rwanda, the tour touched me my heart especially at the memorial site, this one covers all Rwandan history from unknown country to the best and lovely country in word, we drove into the city 7 hours and from our pick up to the droop off the tour was good, our guide Serge had an excellent skills and knowledge for his country, the tour took us to the best attractions of the city, it was a well planned experience and it must be one of the top if you wont to know Rwanda exactly. highly recommend the tour.

Amazing Kigali Tour with John Bob - The tour was amazing. John Bob was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about Kigali. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rwanda . I will definitely be back to do other tours with this company.
