An excellent behind-the the scenes tour of the wonderful church clock tower. - The tour encompassed history of the Minster; views of Hull from the top of the clock tower and from the main church roof and on the way an explanation of the bell ringing procedures and protocols. We also saw the clock mechanism at the chiming of the hour. John and Rob, our guides were excellent hosts who looked after us and informed us for the duration, which was nearly an hour and a half. The spiral staircases are narrow and steep but worth the effort. A fabulous behind the scenes visit to one the most notable parish churches in the country.

Hull Minster Tower tour - Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. John (Verger) who guided the tour was patient and knowledgeable, and his love of Hull and the Minster was clearly evident. My son (12) and I learnt lots of interesting facts and the view at the top of the building was incredible. We also saw the workings of the bells and the clock, and walking up and down the ancient stone steps inside the tower was certainly an experience. The tour was great value for money, and the money goes on to support the running cost of the building. I’d highly recommend the tour as it was definitely one of the highlights of our family trip to Hull.

Great Hull historical tour ! - Excellent tour for anybody from Hull or interested in history! Dan was out tour guide and did a great job, bit of a climb but well worth it some great photographic opportunities of Hull and the river Humber!

Great thing to do..! - What a great thing to do... We enjoyed our tour up the tower, including the bell ringing chamber, the clock room... And of course the fabulous views from the top of the tower. Very informative, we learnt so much about the Minster and surrounding area from John and Don our guides . Fantastic value too.. We'd definitely recommend a visit

Probably best tour in Hull to see the sites! - I live in Hull and have explored the sites that Hill has to offer. However, the Tower Tour has been by far the best experience to see the city and learn about its history. Both John and Dom were amazing tour guides - both were very knowledgable and very funny. I would highly recommend a visit as the sites are amazing (one of the highest points in Hull with public access). The tour lasted around 1 hour 20 minutes but the time flew by! I think for the type of tour and what you get, it’s pretty cheap and well worth it!

Tower Tour - So glad we completed the Tower Tour. John and Don were excellent guides with many interesting facts about the building, bells, clock and surrounding area. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially at a cost of only £6. Even got to see our house and garden from the top of the tower.

Beautiful Church - Tower tour was very interesting great views from the top. Narrow spiral stone staircase must of taken some building.
