Great hoverboat experience - Very nice to make a propellor boat with. Seen small alligators and heard all about the area and the animals that live there.

Brilliant experience - Brilliant experience and staff. Saw lots of alligators and the talk about the tribes was really interesting. The boat puts the wind through your hair and is so much fun

Only saw one alligator but it was a fun journey - It was a fun 30 minutes. The guide was entertaining. It was hard to see any of the wildlife they pointed out but they patiently waited and kept showing until all passengers had spotted what they were showing. We only saw one alligator but the experience it itself was worth it. The seats were black leather and in the scorching sun, it was very hot/burny to sit on. I'd advise you to bring a jumper or rug to put between your skin and the leather seat.

Great Great Place !!! - We decided to visit this place as we wanted to take our Grandson on an Airboat. We took the half hour one which was absolutely fantastic. Our captain certainly knew his stuff and was extremely patient while we all took photos. Absolutely Brilliant!!!

Disappointing - Disappointing … I’ve been here on 2 previous occasions, however this visit was a very different experience. The driver of the airboat really didnt want to be there and only stopped once to see half a baby alligator in the reeds. No twists or turns, no information about the surroundings . Absolutely not worth the money.

Just a boat ride - Not worth it - If you are expecting to see wildlife like gators - this is NOT the trip. The company really should discount the trip during summer months and have a discounted rate from 11am-3/4pm. All 12 of us were disappointed at cost for what we experienced. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A BOAT RIDE. FOR ABOVE MONTHS AND TIME IT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 15-20$. That’s it.

Bad weather - Definitely picked the wrong day (Wednesday June 19th 2024) for this 30 minute airboat excursion. Yesterday it rained in this area for most of the day. When we arrived it was raining and by the time we boarded the boat it was raining heavily. No thunder or lightening so I guess health and safety didn’t come into play. Both of the staff on the airboat were dressed, very sensibly, in full Helly Henson waterproofs. The passengers were wearing summer clothes and a flimsy poncho - our choice but none of us were expecting the weather to be so awful. Even the forecast hadn’t predicted it would be so bad. From the start of the trip to the very end it rained relentlessly - lashed down to be honest. You couldn’t see anything and at times you couldn’t even look up because the rain was pelting down. This definitely detrimentally affected this airboat experience which should have been a lot of fun and very enjoyable. I’m not blaming anyone on the weather - obviously no one can influence that. However I do think on this occasion that this airboat trip should have been cancelled and an opportunity offered to rebook for a different day/date. I know that in better weather conditions it would have been a great thing to do. But yesterday was disappointingly miserable. I always try to be positive and I really resist moaning. However in terms of good customer practice I think it would have been better to make a different call on running this trip - but I guess business is business.
