Great Experience - We had an absolute great day and night out. Jimmy and the local crew were great. Very knowledgeable, helpful, organised and respectful. Sea was a little choppy in parts but still go in a nice dive around Khai island. Much calmer as you head north the the boats really move. The highlights for us were cave canoeing into hidden lagoons. We also got to see some really cool wildlife (monkeys, eagles, water monitors and octopus). Floating village was an interesting place for dinner and the bioluminescence was the cherry on top of a great day. Could not recommend this company more highly.

We WILL come back! - I took some time before posting my review to truly process our experience with 5 Star Marine. It was an experience like we’ve never had, and I did countless hours of research for our two trips with Five Star, wanting to ensure we were getting the best experience we could. Four friends from Texas embarked on an adventure of a lifetime with 5 Star Marine, experiencing the Bioluminescent tour and the Phi Phi Island tour on two separate days. Our guide on both trips was Alex, one of the most genuine people we met during our two-week trip to Phuket. His happiness was evident as he explained the special hidden places we visited. Our journey began each day with a private van pickup from our hotel, and we were greeted by Alex, at the marina. The Bioluminescent tour, which was Alex's tour program, left us stunned. The attention to detail was remarkable, and we were pleasantly surprised when Alex gave us a cake to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We were captivated by every turn of the boat, every view, and every detail. Alex's dedication to service and attention to detail was beyond compare. Alex and his crew on Lucas 6 were the highlight of our entire vacation in Thailand. He is a treasure who truly loves his job and showing off his he beauty of Thailand. He even took the time to pick up trash from the ocean while we were snorkeling. It was an amazing experience to tour Phang Nag Bay and Phi Phi Islands with Alex and 5 Star. We will travel back to Phuket just to explore more with Five Star.

Outstanding. Lifelong memories - Our custom tour of phi phi , maya bay, James Bond island , lunch and bioluminescence was outstanding. Our tour guide Alex and his team was incredible. Every aspect from the booking , communication, transfers was organized and professional. The highlights were snorkeling, the caves , sea canoeing and of course the magical bioluminescence. We were able to adapt around the crowds and find secret grottos and swimming places that only the locals know. The boat was fast clean and well equipped. This tour was one of the best we have ever done . Alex is wonderful . Worth every cent .

HIGHLIGHT of our trip! - Thank you for giving us an UNFORGETTABLE trip! We are super happy that we went with 5 Star Marine for this trip to Phuket! It was our son’s first visit to Thailand and our tour with 5 Star Marine was our family’s highlight hands down! After booking, we received communication from the company mimths prior and especially days leading to the tour. Since our time was limited, the company picked us up from the airport straight to the modern boat! One of my first observations was seeing a big bag of emergency/medical bag on the boat! Kudos that this company values safety to their guests! My husband, adult son, and I received the best service from Alex and team! There were three staff ensuring that we had the best time! We visited caves, lagoons, floating villages, views of bats during sunset, amazing restaurant, etc on our 8 hour trip! They were able to cater our requests including bringing a standup paddleboard onboard for my husband who loves to SUP! Alex also knew the timeline so we always got to the caves before the big ferries arrived with the other tourists! In addition, they took us to the mangroves where my husband also had the chance to SUP! Cruising around the mangroves and was probably the highlight of the day! Phang nga Bay with alex - This was our second tour with 5 star marine and was even better than the first. We were lucky to get Alex as our guide again this time. His knowledge of the phang nga Bay area meant we were able to see the caves and the lagoons at the quieter times, most of the time there was only us there. This is a beautiful part of Thailand and would highly recommend anyone to take this trip with 5 star marine. Thank you everyone at 5 star marine for an amazing trip.

Should be called six star marine - Honestly couldn’t give these guys more praise if I tried. Their service was sublime. Boat excellent. Jimmy our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable and if you want to see things all the other tour boats don’t get to see then book a trip immediately. I don’t want to give too much away as it can spoil the surprises in store but they are honestly so worth it. Will be using them again.

10,000 ⭐️ for this magical excursion - Amazing fairy magic Everything was perfect from the organization of the excursion remotely by email and WhatsApp the team was always attentive to our requests they adapt to what you really want to discover on site a perfect team Sun Sea and Noot were super professionals excellent driving of the boat even in complete darkness excellent explanations during visits to mangroves and caves An excursion where you will have the feeling of having seen the bay just for you because the sites visited are calculated according to the other boats so you will be alone in the world with your boat of 7 people, that's never seen before! James Bond Island after the closure of the site we have photos without any tourists seen from the boat The team takes the time on each site to explain how to take a photo of us. You will also receive a free report from the group, this too is usually rare, it costs extra. In the evening a dream restaurant where the lobster couldn't be fresher because it's caught in front of you and cooked fried with vegetables and garlic, it's a crazy thing that my taste buds still remember The bioluminescence was there for us in white like thousands of twinkling stars because in March the water is not yet warm enough to see it in blue or green In short, you will have understood, it was the nature excursion of my life, a slap in the face, you can trust them, don’t hesitate, it’s really worth the detour Thanks again to you Sun for the excellent follow-up A little advice: bring enough cash for the evening restaurant because their machine doesn't always work. This will prevent Sun from having to accompany you to the ATM to pay for the restaurant afterwards. It’s not 5 star marine but a thousand star marine 🤩🤩🤩

What an experience! Amazing day on the water! - We spent the entire day out with Jimmy, Yellow and Lai and the guys took such great care of our family. We were traveling with my kids and senior parents and everyone had a great time. From refreshing drinks and snacks to informative insights and care, we were thoroughly satisfied with the entire day trip. We saw caves, monkeys, whales, amazing cliffs and sunset and sooo much more. The sights are amazing and the boat top notch. Very fast vessel and very clean! Plenty of room and comfortable the whole way out and back. I absolutely would not hesitate to book with Five star and the team. I only wish we could have done multiple days to enjoy all the sights! Thank you guys!!

Highlight of our Thailand Trip! - We can not say enough about our 5 Star Marine Tour. Our guide, Fews, Captain, Mat and Engineer , Nan, were all extremely professional, yet friendly. They went out of their way to assure that we had a great experience. We toured Thailand for 2 1/2 weeks and the 5 Star tour was by far the BEST experience of the entire trip. From booking to the tour itself; communication was excellent, easy and fast! We HIGHLY recommend a 5 Star Marine Tour if you plan on visiting the islands of the Phuket area. Fabulous experience - We did the Phang Nga Bay Private Bioluminescence and Sea Canoeing tour and it was truly memorable. The team, including our guide Sun, were great and took care to take us to private spots away from the other tourist boats and to change the itinerary on the fly to make sure we had the best time. Spending time on secluded beaches, dinner on a floating restaurant, paddling through caves into incredible lagoons and, of course, the sparkling plankton are all special memories. Not a cheap trip for small group like ours (3) but we have no regrets - it was such a different experience from a public tour and we would do again without hesitation.
