Jew Town - From the point of pick up the tour will proceed to Jewish Town to visit the ancient Synagogue and the town of early Jewish settlers. ( Closed to visitors Fridaysafternoon and Saturdays.).

Mattancherry Palace - From Jewish Town the tour will go to Mattancherry Palace Museum aka Dutch Palace Museum

Fort Kochi Beach - From Mattancherry Palace museum the tour will go to Fort Kochi beach to watch Chinese Fishing nets in operation all over the beach.

Church of Saint Francis - From the Chinese Fishing nets the tour will go to Church of St. Francis to pay homage to Vasco da Gama where he was originally buried when he died in Kochi C.E.1524

Paravoor - Ethiopian Jewish settlement and the ancient Synagogue. ( Monday Holiday)
(Drive from Kochi is 1 hour 30 minutes one way to the preserved Synagogue. Only if you have ample time should insist to go to visit this Synagogue. -
Cherai Beach - At noon the lunch is taken here in the restaurant of the Cherai beach Resort.

Kadavum Bagam Synagogue - After lunch the tour will return to Ernakulam Kochi..
At Ernakulam the tour will visit if time permits this synagogue. From Friday to Saturday the synagogue is open to Jewish visitors.upon special request.

We propose a historical tour exploring Kochi’s (India) old Jewish Heritage. The tour covers Jewish colony sites in Kochi, Muziris also known as Kodungallur, Paravoor, Chendamangalam.
Enjoy a morning ride to the mentioned villages where you get a chance to experience cordial hospitality of the well-cultured locals. The tour includes visits to preserved synagogues in the above locations which were historic Jewish Settlements in India.
We pause for lunch at a beach-side eatery, followed by a drive to visit a metropolitan synagogue in Kochi of Ethiopian Jewish origin that is well-preserved by the current custodian, adding an extra charm to this tour.
