2 unreal days in N. Macedonia & Kosovo! - We had such an incredible time visiting North Macedonia & Kosovo. Over our 2 days, we had Danjiel drive us to & from Skopje where he gave us lots of information on Bulgaria & North Macedonia along the way. Lenny gave us a fantastic tour around Skopje and then we were passed off to Boris who took us to & from Kosovo. There we made 2 stops - Pristina (the capital) & Prizren (AMAZING) where we spent our night. We loved touring around this lesser known country, and Boris knew all the spots to take us too! On our drive back we had free time in Skopje to see it one more time! Excellent organization & and even better experience! ✨

Tyler and Victoria weekend trip - We really enjoyed being able to see two different countries during a short trip to the region. They’re so drastically different. Mihail was also awesome. We shared a lot of commonalities with traveling the world and interests. I would highly recommend the tour.

Absolutely fruitful 2 days!! - Excellent 2 day trip to get a feel of Macedonia and Kosovo. The trip was well organised with timely pickups. Drives are long but the guides are super friendly - Rosen from Sofia to Skopje, Mike did a fab job with the walking tour of Skopje, Boris was a star driving us and explaining everything in Kosovo (he never rushed us) and Daniel from Skopje to Sofia. The itinerary is not too packed and gives you time to enjoy the best in all places. We chose this trip keeping Sofia as a base because other connectivity to Skopje and Pristina are not easy to manage. Highly recommended!!

Great chance to see a few young (but old) places before they change too mich - This was a wonderful tour with wonderful guides. Michael and Michael made the Skopje portion great. They went above and beyond to make sure the trip was memorable. Skopje is quite the cool city! While many of the sites are new, it shows that it’s an up and coming place to visit. Kosovo was quite amazing. The guide, Boris, was more of a well informed companion rather than straightforward tour guide, which made the tour even more memorable. We had conversations about the sites that were more natural and welcome. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Highly recommend this exquisite experience! - This trip was memorable in many ways and everyone involved was friendly and professional. The beautiful city of Skopje was charming, traditional with a modern twist and full of character. Kosova was equally enjoyable with the picturesque mountains and beautiful houses on the hills. Prizren is a must-see and we highly recommend it. Finally, thank you to Gorchu for being our guide in Kosovo. He was an educated, knowledgeable individual who literally looked after us so well and ensured we were comfortable and safe throughout our trip (we felt like family!). We really enjoyed our conversations, Gorchu and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so hospitable in the Balkans! A big thank you to Lobyu too for your patience, safe driving and for getting us to our flight early - forever grateful!

Great way to get 2 Balkan countries checked off our list! - The walk in Prizen (Kosovo) in the early morning was enjoyable as the town just started to ‘wake up’. Staying overnight allows us to have a local experience as we had a chance to explore the town in the evening. Although the tour is expensive, we got 2 countries checked off our list and didn’t have to worry about border crossing logistics. The tour company put us at Hotel Kanicari for 1 night. Despite the 4 star ranking, we feel the hotel is only 3 star at best: the A/C did not work, no coffee maker in the room, buffet breakfast is average, etc … We were told none of the hotels’ A/C system in the area was working. Hmmm, it just didn’t make sense. Anyhow, we slept with the balcony door opened all night. For the $660 usd we paid for the tour, we expect a better hotel. That said, the driver/tour guide Boris who took care of us for the Kosovo portion was patient and flexible. He was willing to make an impromptu shopping stop in Prizen for fabric shopping. We ended up buying beautiful fabrics for a custom gown. We also found some beautiful jewelry in Prizen. The visit in Skopje was also very nice. We enjoyed the walking tour around the city center and the bazaar. All in all, it was a good tour but it is on the expensive side.
