Montenegro+ - The 25 Turns Bike descent is one long photo opportunity with the best views of Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains and if you have a GoPro or other action camera, this is a great place to use it.

Beginning in Kotor where we pick you up, this panoramic tour includes an informative van ride up to the birthplace of Petar II Petrović-Njegoš, a spiritual scion of Montenegro.

You will complete your ride down on new Giant hybrid / mountain bikes with hydraulic disc brakes for powerful stopping on your long, winding descent. We support riders of all sizes with bikes from S to XL, helmets and backpacks are included. The tour can begin in Kotor or Tivat, so meeting places and times are flexible.

Our EPIC is exactly that. 25 Turns signifies a genuinely MAGNIFICENT BICYCLE JOURNEY that starts with an incredible 11-minute cable car rise to 1300 meters. Next, participants will enjoy an easygoing, supervised, downhill bike ride, featuring panoramic vistas of Montenegro, Bosnia, and Croatia. This is a tour accessible to everyone who is able to ride a bike. Depending on how quickly one descends and the number of photo breaks taken, the tour will take around 3 hours, making it the perfect fit for cruise ship passengers or those who have limited time. We’ll gather you from the cruise ship terminal and bring you to the cable car station, a short five-minute journey. With prearranged tickets, you’ll directly board the cable car and start your spellbinding journey on our latest cable car, installed in the summer of ‘23, before biking down on state-of-the-art bikes equipped with hydraulic disc brakes. Once back at the cable car, there will be a chance to savor a local treat or browse a unique variety of souvenirs produced especially for your Montenegro adventure.

Fun Ride With Beautiful Views - Fantastic excursion. Great guide, new bicycles and an overall great experience! The new cable car is modern and fast. Our guide lead us down the mountain at our pace and stopped for photos at beautiful spots. Highly recommend.

Fun and unique experience! - Wonderful tour. Thee meeting point was easy to find and close to the cruise port. Our guide, Sam, picked us up and drove us to the cable car station. We took a beautiful, modern, and new cable car to the top of the mountain. It was a scenic and very smooth ride to the top. Once up there, we were outfitted with helmets and road bikes. The equipment was all quite new and well maintained. The ride was a thrill. Sam allowed us to set the pace to our pleasure. He made sure we were safe and always knew what to expect. There was only one relatively short spot that required riding uphill but you can opt to walk if it’s too difficult. Otherwise, the entire ride was downhill. The views were spectacular and the temperature on the mountain was thankfully noticeably cooler than in town. We were pleasantly surprised that the ride was longer than we anticipated. Overall, a really fun excursion. Highly recommend!

A fantastic day out in the mountains - breathtaking! - This was a brilliant fun day - a trip on a cable car up 1300m to see beautiful countryside and the border between Croatia and Montenegro. Then Ebikes into the national park and an exciting decent down the mountain around 26 bends. The guides were great fun and made sure we were safe on the single track road, negotiating any traffic for us with ease, Rafa and Ollie were easy company and took some great photos and videos of us in action. We even squeezed in a fun toboggan ride too. Ebikes make this trip easy so don’t be put off even if you aren’t fit. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough - just do it!

LOVED this trip! - We LOVED this experience. We got picked up by Raf, at the IDEA market (super easy to find). We drove 10mins to the cable car, which was super modern and well organised. The cable car was an experience in itself but made for a great start to the trip. We arrived at the top which had a cafe for coffee and amazing views! Good coffee too. We then walked for around 5mins to get the bikes and started the cycle. It was super safe on the roads as they're smooth and wide enough for cars and bikes. We were the only pair on this trip so we went at our pace but Raf was happy to go with your speed. We stopped at different viewpoints for photos and they were all ones I'd seen online but wouldn't have been able to do if it hadn't been for this trip as we didn't have car. Really loved it and HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing Experience - Do Not Recommend for Beginners - I had a great time on this excursion and the views were incredible. Our guides were very kind and knowledgeable. The excursion was thrilling, but I also had adrenaline pumping through my body as I navigated a narrow mountain road shared with large tour buses, motorcycles, and cars. If my kids would have been with me I would have been terrified. I'm an experienced mountain biker but I'm not used to sharing trails/roads with large buses and sections without guardrails. There should be a 10-15 minute safety briefing before the ride begins to make sure riders understand how to use the bike, how the gears and brakes work, and how to stay safe among the other vehicles sharing the road. I really loved the excursion, but feel it warrants a bit of a warning for the less experienced biker riders.
