Amazing! - It was amazing! The water temperature was warm and perfect! Facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Loved the 7 Ritual. So relaxing! We went right from the airport to the Sky Lagoon in Iceland. Perfect way to start vacation. Absolutely loved everything about it. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience - The experience was amazing because of the sheer beauty of the place. But it was made even more incredible thanks to the staff, who were really attentive and friendly: Patrick, Mohammed, Jacob, Filip and Sarah. Definitely a must!!

Highly recommend! - We were recommended to visit here by locals and it was stunning views and a wonderful, relaxing experience! Being a waterproof phone cover to capture some breathtaking photos. I recommend the 7 step ritual, the cold plunge is rejuvenating and the scrub is fantastic- even my husband kept commenting on how soft his skin was! It was perfect to relax at the end of our trip after days of hiking.

Excellent Customer Service! - I purchased 2 tickets in advance for my husband and I for Sky Lagoon. Due to bad weather conditions, the captain of the ship cancelled our port of call to Reykjavik. I sent an email to Sky Lagoon to inform them of the situation. I took a chance in requesting a refund on the 2 tickets. Although their cancellation policy is 24 hours before your scheduled visit, they replied back to my email and a refund will be issued within 30 business days. I just want to acknowledge the Sky Lagoon’s excellent customer service. It would have been our second visit to this lagoon if our port of call did not get cancelled. Hope to visit this place again in the near future. My first experience with Sky Lagoon in October 2023 was excellent!

Amazing Views! - The facilities and the views at Sky Lagoon are incredible. The Sky changing rooms are worth the extra cost. The staff went out of their way to help us find a lost swimsuit. I can't think of anything they could do to improve.

Great staff, convenient and beautiful. - Wonderful experience of the four thermal spas we went to these were #1 for overall experience and location. It was breathtaking and staff was wonderful, not overcrowded with “influencers.” The drinks were delicious and the ritual was great. Don’t miss the cold bath as you enter ritual - if you like cold plunges. Also don’t be afraid of the waterfall it is warm! Also special thanks to the two employees from Slovania and Ukraine who went out of their way to find my socks that I had accidentally buried under a towel.

Luxury, Unique Experience - One of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommend to get the private showers. Luxury all the way around. Staff very attentive. Loved the 7 step ritual. Took my 3 male family members who had never done any spa experience and they all loved it. Great to then go to the swim up bar to get a drink and watch the sunset. A lot of people had their cameras out to get the perfect picture but we decided to enjoy the experience instead. .

Amazing views ! - The views are amazing ! My partner and I enjoyed the lagoon and the 7 step ritual. We would 100% do this again. The bar was nice as well. Although I wish they offered a place to put all the empty cups when you were done drinking.

Amazing lagoon but staff spoiled experience - The lagoon was amazing!! Unfortunately the staff were not so…. 7 step ritual very rushed and over crowded… very abrupt staff outside at the lagoon.. we were the last group at the lagoon and unfortunately I left my waist bag in the locker with my room key, ear pods and 5000 isk 🤦‍♀️ I contacted the lagoon at 9am before the first group which was 11am and was told this hadn’t been found 🤔 I was told they would ring me back to update but had to ring numerous times again myself as no contact. I was then asked if I could send an email with a picture of the items 🤷‍♀️ sorry but who takes a picture of there items before this… anyways needless to say no bag, hotel key (which I had to pay to replace) cash or ear pods… other than this the water was unreal ❤️
