Seamless from start to finish! - Absolutely seamless pickup and drop off! Michal explained EVERYTHING perfectly which meant we knew where to be, when and what would happen. Tour was excellent. You 'could' DIY it with the train but a tour is worth every penny to remove the hassle!

The experience brought to life the books i read & movies i’ve seen about the Holocaust. “Never Again” - The driver & tour guide were amazing! They did the impossible by bringing to life the immense horror, suffering, evil & extreme sorrow of the darkest history - the Holocaust. Im a 3rd grneration As a 3rd generation American Jew of polish descent. I needed to bear witness to this horrific genicide.

Friendly staff and clean transport. - I was recommend this company by a family member and booked a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mine online via get my guide. The staff were very friendly and informative and the transport was clean. The company will ring you the afternoon before your visit to tell you what time to arrive, as the times often differ to what is stated on the booking. Also, you need to make sure if you are going to Auschwitz-Birkenau that you take your passport with you to enter the museum. You’re not allowed to take metal items in with you, eat food whilst walking around both Auschwitz and Birkenau, or smoke/vape. If it is hot, I would highly recommend taking sun cream and a hat as a lot of it is outside (especially Birkenau) and there is not a lot of shade. You are allowed to eat and drink on the transport with the exception of hot beverages/food and ice cream.

Excellent tour guide when... - Excellent tour guide when we got to Auschwitz. Not happy being crowded in a taxi for the ride to and from Auschwitz. The description states there will be wifi, no wifi in taxi, no water in taxi. Had I known that I would be taken to Auschwitz I would have never booked

The entire experience was... - The entire experience was sad and unforgettable. But what made the entire experience most enjoyable was our tour guide. She had great knowledge of the subject but most importantly was the passion of which she told the story. We went in the 1:pm tour. Forget tour guides name but she was AMAZING-

Auschwitz - disappointing start but excellent trip as a whole - We booked this tour well in advance of our trip to Poland as we knew it would be popular. Original pickup time was supposed to be around 10am from our hotel but we received an email 5 days before the tour saying the museum had provided a later slot and therefore the pickup was delayed to 13.05pm. Then 2 days before the tour we received another email asking if we could meet at a pick-up point 600m away instead of from the hotel as originally planned. The package that we booked said it included a 500ml bottle of water but when I asked about it we were told there wasn't any and that we could buy some at Auschwitz if we wanted. Very disappointing in the 29 degree heat. Our coach guide, Emily, had only been with the company a week or so but she was really lovely. At Auschwitz I did find the English speaking guide a little hard to understand but you could tell he loved what he did and he seemed very knowledgeable from the bits I did get. Despite the early disappointments, it was a fascinating visit but an emotional one too.

Awful - You cancelled less than 24 hours before we were due to go - awful and very stressful as the trip was the main reason we came to Krakow
