Humanity at its worst - From booking to pick-up to drop-off Anna was the perfect guide.Any information needed before trip could be obtained by WhatsApp. Communication was flawless and the tour was awesome. Auschwitz itself really gives you a different perspective on life and how humanity could treat each other in such horrific conditions. Makes you humble for what you have now

Great day out. - Booked this tour via GetYourGuide and we we had a great day. We were picked up at 5:40am by our driver/guide and went to Auschwitz first. Driver was so friendly, funny and informative. We then drove to Auschwitz which was about an hour and an half drive from Krakow Upon arrival at Auschwitz we were taken by our guide into Auschwitz and walked around. Our guide, Martin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. After an hour and a half at Auschwitz we had a small break and then were transported to Birkenau which was a 5 minute drive. After walking round Birkenau we had a 20 minute break before an hour and 20 minute drive to the Salt Mine where we then had a 40 minute lunch break. Lots of places to get food and drinks and souvenirs. Our guide at the Salt Mine, Nick, was brilliant. He was funny and very engaging. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience at the salt mines even better. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent Guides to two important Polish sites. - We were collected from our hotel to be taken to a larger meet-up point for onward travel to the Salt Mine than Auscwitz. The pick-ups were on-time and drivers friendly. The Guides on the bus and the Salt Mine were very helpful and informative. The Salt Mine itself was very impressive. We then went on to Auschwutz-Birkenau - the Guide for this trip was outstanding. We learned so much and he was able to add so much more than we could have gained from a recorded tour or pamphlet. Clearly this part of the trip was harrowing, but the Guide led us through the camps with respect. Although it was a long day, we feel it was the best way to visit these two important Polish sites whilst still allowing us time to independently explore other areas of Krakow.

Poor front end communication - The trip was really good with great transport links and guides but the administration was VERY poor! If you are lucky they might answer on WhatsApp but if you don’t hear back don’t be surprised or assume everything is fine. Keep messaging and they might respond (or just ignore you, 5 messages sent and no response from them !)

Unreliable - Unreliable, tour canceled a day in advance. Inaccessible, so nice if you are in Krakow for a weekend, luckily everything was arranged through the hotel itself and then I only lost half the money....would not book it via getyouGuide or directly.

Super Krakow - The worst travel agency - I planned my trip to Poland - Krakow and bought tickets more than 30 days in advance with the Super Krakow agency. When I was already in the city and with less than 20 hours left until the tour, I received an email informing me that they were overbooked and would cancel the tour and refund the money. I argued that I only had that day to do the tour and that I wouldn't be able to schedule a new date, but I was unsuccessful. I discussed the issue with the hotel and other agencies, where they informed that this is the usual stance of the SUPER KRAKOW agency and that cancellations are frequent. Total disrespect for customers. I planned my trip to Poland - Krakow/Krakow and bought the tickets more than 30 days in advance with the Super Krakow agency. Poor Service and very unprofessional - We booked a tour to Auswitch and the Salt Mines 4 weeks in advance of our trip to Krakow from the U.K. Tour was cancelled at 4pm the afternoon prior to commencing the tour due to take place at 7am the following morning due to "political incident!!!. It was impossible for us to organise a replacement tour due to the short notice. This tour being the main reason for our party of 8 travelling to Krakow we had an expensive wasted journey We booked through Get your Guide but provider was Super Cracow. The supposed "political incident" only seemed to affect certain customers on Super Cracow tours all other operators seemed to be going ahead as planned. Selling trips they physically cannot provide tickets for comes to mind but that's my informed opinion. I will not be using this company again. I have also complained to Get Your Guide who said they will investigate but I'm not holding my breath for a reply. Use this company at your peril!!!!!!.

Avoid this operator! - Very disappointing experience. Our trip was cancelled < 24 hours before departure due to “civil unrest” which was a fake excuse as other touroperators did not cancel similar trips.

DO NOT HIRE, terrible service - TERRIBLE, the worst service, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. We bought the guided tour weeks in advance, we traveled to Krakow to be able to do this visit, we arrived at the meeting point and they never arrived, we wrote to them and they told us that it was cancelled, they were not able to notify us in time, the 8 o'clock tour 9 and 10 canceled without notice. They do not take into account that one organizes the trip, the hotel, the flight and so on to be able to do this SEVEN HOUR excursion and they are not able to reschedule the visit or anything. Do not contract with them, waste of time and money
