They made it all so simple. - Everything I wanted in a dive shop. Infinite tanks, great boat dives, and a super helpful team made it so easy to get in the water. I averaged 4 dives a day easily, because the logistics were so smooth. The store crew were very helpful, Daniel and Stephanie. At the sand dollar location, Jason, Brett, Denise, Lars, and “Lazy Darcy” in the shop were amazing. (worst nickname ever btw - he was there every time I took a tank!) I did 4 boat trips and loved all of them Joan, Sara, Dustin were spectacular.

Great friendly dive shop - Fantastic dive shop!! We had two junior divers finish their certification and then we did multiple boat dives. The entire team was wonderful and accommodation with our group which included junior divers. We especially LOVED Denise!!!

Ask for Elizabeth!!! - Went to Bonaire and did my initial open water dive certification with Dive Friends and specifically Elizabeth, and it was amazing! She was a knowledgeable and patient instructor and I learned a ton. She was fun, easy going, and helped our class get comfortable quickly. 10/10 would go to her again. Ended up doing 9 dives and loved Bonaire. Great experience!!!

Daniel and Team were awesome! - Our first trip to Bonaire was made more special by the team at Dive Friends. We did the 6 day unlimited plus equipment, and a boat trip to Klein Bonaire. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was especially appreciative of Daniel, who helped us plan our first dives and even recommended a local dinner cruise to help make my daughter’s 21st birthday special.

Advanced Diving course Bonaire 2/2924 - We just completed the advanced diver certification with Davida, Stephen and Jack. They were very professional and experienced dive masters. They did a great job with teaching and explaining all the key points and were great divers. I would highly recommend them I must also give a shout out to Mira who helped structure all the dives. They were very accommodating with planning the 5 dives. I also have to thank Davida Davida Davida Davida for rescuing me when I went out of the confined space during my check out dive. I also have to thank Andy Andy Andy Andy with his help in switching out my regulator when it was leaking Thank you all so much for a great experience and we learned so much

Dive Friends the one stop dive shop! - Dive Friends is a full service operation. We booked a 7-day unlimited air pkg for 4 people. Beyond air, it was great to have so many locations to get air & team member always helpful with advice on the current site, the next site & tips on trim & buoyancy. No one ever wants to have emergency service on their reg but I had a leak in my second stage & worried water had gotten into my first stage. Andy was my hero, he said he could get it in that afternoon & found a sand pebble & I was able to dive next day without a full service! Additionally Steven took us on a great boat dive at Klein. So friendly & helpful. Cheers to Andy & Steven! Dive Friends truly is a one-stop shop. We’ll be using again & again!

Adventure, wonder and marine wildlife sightings in every dive - Adventure and diverse marine wildlife sightings are part of every dive with the Dive Friends Bonaire team. I booked a mix of shore and boat dives for this visit, my third year with them. The DMs are always knowledgeable, courteous, fun and safety-aware. They help with all kinds of things, above and underwater. They are familiar with every site and talented at finding and pointing out marine wildlife, from the tiniest creature hiding behind rocks to large moray eels. DM Ilse (my guide), especially, has a knack for spotting critters and her enthusiasm and respect for the ocean is a pleasure to be around. She even spots critters in full camouflage! DM Denise was especially helpful to me while I was gearing up on the boat and her steady hand and assistance with the new type of gas analyzer was helpful. I felt very secure on the boat with them. DM Gerreth is a consummate professional and shared natural navigation tips with me. He was very courteous in helping me with the turbulent entry and exit at Weber's Joy. He encouraged me to try it, even though I was a bit nervous, and I'm so glad that I trusted him and did that magnificent dive. He pulled me out of a small swirl of water with ease as we exited and had me laughing. I got out of my comfort zone just a little and learned more about shore diving. I especially like the way Dive Friends DMs combine pure enjoyment of each dive with tips and encouragement to build my confidence. I'll be booking with them again for sure.

Dive Friends at Hamlet Oasis is great - We were a group of 4 experienced divers (300-1000 dives, 2 dives), 2 of whom had been to BonAire several times. The reception from the site manager Monique was very friendly. After a quick check of our experience and our needs (we just needed enough bottles) we were "let off the leash". Exactly what we love about BonAire —> Dive as much as you want on your own. Monique was always available for competent tips and questions. Diving with a stage also elicited a benevolent, curious reaction rather than alienation (as is often the case in other bases). The base was in good condition. Enough and differentiated rinsing options. The filling system and compressor were well maintained, serviced and in good condition. For the first time on BonAire there were enough DIN bottles. We had enough adapters with us, but didn't need them. Next time we'll be 1 kg lighter. The Hamlet is definitely recommended as a starting point. Beautiful small houses with flexible connection to apartments.

Exceeded expectations! - My excellent experience started even before I set foot on Bonaire. Went on their web site and enquired about diving. It had been about 4 years since I dove and Marieke guided me that I needed to do a kind of reorientation dive. Went back and forth on paperwork with her. She was helpful, efficient and kind. After showing up at 8:30AM at the Yellow Submarine location on the day of this activity I was lucky to have Zac as my instructor. Cannot say enough good things about him and how he conducted this reorientation session. He was knowledgeable, patient, and a perfect communicator; really! From a safety point of view I am In much better shape having had this session with Dive Friends.

Dive Friends are awesome friends!! - Absolutely LOVE this dive operation!! Professional, safety conscious and FUN! Day trip from a cruise ship and Monique, Zach and Ilsa were so wonderful. We dove Yellow Sub and Hamlet and had excellent dives. Our DM Ilsa spotted so many cool creatures for us to see. We will definitely be back and will recommend Dive Friends to all of our dive friends!!
