What an awesome experience! - The day spent in the Andaman Sea was a wonderful way to spend a day. The boat was comfortable, the crew and our guide were friendly and efficient, the lunch was delicious, the pickup and hotel return went seamlessly. I've never booked a tour from half a world away ..the USA..but it was easy beyond description because of the professionalism of this company and the beauty of the area we visited. Can't say enough good things! From Michigan, USA

Great trip - Great trip but long day! Fab seeing James Bond island and really enjoyed the canoe. When I say long day it was a 3hr drive to get us to where we needed to be.

Beautiful trip with ups and downs - We booked this excursion through Khao Lak Explorer Diving Center. We were picked up at the hotel around 7:30 am and taken to the harbor to first sail to James Bond Island via a longtail boat. Nice island, not big, nice to take some pictures. Swimming is not allowed here. Then we sailed further to a location where you can sail through the mangroves and past caves in a canoe with a driver. Then back to the floating Fisherman village for a very tasty and extensive lunch. The rest of this floating village is actually one large shopping village where they are quite pushy about selling. Then back to the harbor and the drive to monkey temple cave. The cave and monkeys are not much. There is a reclining Buddha, but the location is rather disappointing. Then back to the hotel where we returned around 4:30 PM. Well organized and good guidance.

James Bond Island in the background… - Great experience to have opted for the local tail boats for this excursion. Marvelous landscapes… The discovery of magnificent caves by canoe…. A day that I really enjoyed and which I highly recommend.

Good trip - Great to visit James Bond but wish there was more detail. For example it took us a 3hr drive to the boat so wasn’t expecting that!

We do not recommend - Very beautiful place, magnificent landscape. But mass tourism! limited organization, not friendly! no guide no explanation, disorder in the organization, the impression of being cattle. We do not recommend this excursion

Boat ride & island is nice. 2 + 2 hours drive was miserable. Guide did nothing but direct us to boat & cars. - Island views were nice, but it’s no Halong Bay (Viet Nam). Insane traffic both ways made the ride intolerable. Vans have no room for toes. Park 300 baht fee should be included in the booking, since it’s not an option.

Worst experience ever - We were not allowed on the boat. They stayed invisible. The tourboat operator was a different company. We were left in the marine, and had to pay for our taxi back to the hotel. We did not get a refund.
