- Oudong Temple - Oudong is a town in Cambodia, at the base of Phnom Udong Mountain, northwest of Phnom Penh. It was the site of the royal capital from the 17th to the 19th centuries. Starting at the capital of Phnom Penh, we are provided with our bikes and set off to explore on back roads and villages trails where you’ll encounter experience with beautiful countryside and geniuses floating villages.
Tour highlights:
- Cycle adventure through the rural heart of Cambodia where set in a landscape of paddy fields, palm trees and pretty riverside villages.
- Learn about old capital city of Oudong, visit royal family stupas and enjoy a local street foods

3-day cycling from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh - We made the 3 day cycling tour from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.
It was a great time and we enjoyed the Cycling tour very much.
Our guide was Thong, the owner of Vana Travel. I stayed in contact with Thong to book the tour some weeks before the stay in Cambodia. The e-mail exchange and the booking was very convient and Thong came back to all Questions and pick up at the hotel in Siem Reap was arrenged perfectly.
During the Cycling days it was great to visit more rural areas, to see small business of local people, like rice paper, bamboo sticky rice, pottery, dried bananas and so on. We also visited pagodas around Battambang und Udong. Thong was always very keen to make the trip perfect and to show Cambodia very authentically.
It was a pleasure and the 3 days cycling tour and Thong as a guide are highly recommended.
