Fisherman life as it is - Wonderful experience especially if you want to understand how people actually live. In the dry season I will say it is still interesting, even if no water, this is part of their life. The guide was nice , friendly and attentive

Amazing - even in dry season! - 100% recommend! Our tour guide Meng was enthusiastic, engaging and ensured we had an educational yet entertaining day and gave back to the local community. Honestly, I was skeptical what the day would look like, but if you’re in Siem Reap, you need to do this! We leave the city tomorrow morning and have some amazing final memories, thank you Meng!

Adventure in Kampong Phluk - This tour is very educational. You learn more about the history of the locals who live in the Kampong Phluk. Our tour guide Mr. Tear was able to connect us with the people, culture and traditions of the village. This place is definitely worth a visit ✨️

EXCEPTIONAL - The tour was exceptional! We booked it through Onederz hostel and it was amazing. Tear was such an uplifting and knowledgeable guide - we would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Siem Reap. We visited a local market, local schools and temples as well as the fishing village itself. We also took a boat out to the floating restaurant which was spectacular! Even though it was the dry season it was extremely interesting to learn about local culture and lifestyles.

A MUST TO DO DURING THE DRY SEASON! - A magnificent experience. I booked this experience through my hostel and visited the village during the dry season. It surprised me! During the dry season it is possible to walk in the village and have the experience of coming into contact with the local community. What to say? Touching, emotional. All accompanied by our guide: MENG. A fantastic guy, cheerful, full of energy and the desire to make known every detail of community life in the Floating Village. Furthermore, MENG also accompanied us to the local market and finally to the floating restaurant to see the exciting sunset over the lake! Thanks MENG!

See a local Cambodian village’s way of life! - Meng is a wonderful tour guide had high energy in entertaining the entire group from start to finish. He is very personable and remembered all of our names and offered us insight on daily life in Cambodia. We got a chance to go through an actual local market as well. FYI- the actual village will not be floating in the dry season, but I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in a deeper look at Cambodian culture and way of life.
