great experience - We were unsure but wanted to do something different in between temples. Let me just say we are so so glad we did! Our tuk tuk driver took us there for when it first opened for the day. We asked to do the boat ride which was the best part. The boat driver took us to find some lotus flowers that he picked . We saw multiple types. We then walked around the store and where they make the silk. I would highly recommend this place as a beautiful change of scenery!

So interesting and good fun. - We went for the full package which included making 6 items which was really good fun. The ladies were really patient and helpful with us! Really interesting few hours learning crafts and finding out about how they use the lotus flower. Finished with a boat trip just before sunset which was absolutely beautiful. Overall a really lovely afternoon.

Amazing and lovely at the Lotus Farm - It was an amazing experience to see how all these women are working the sacred Lotus. Always smiling when explainîg each part of the work. You realize that you can use the Lotus for lots of things : fiber, tea, paper, cake, perfum, etc.. All is natural and the farm mostly hire women. It is so war the best activity I have done.

Very informative visit to a highly sustainable, women-driven enterprise - Had an incredible guided tour with Sean after having time to enjoy the lotus tea and lotus seed biscuits on the top floor, as part of the tour. Sean was very knowledgeable and showed us the stages of work involved in producing this incredible, strong, and airy silk. Items are available in the store made from silk produced on the farm and vary in price, with myself buying a more affordable makeup bag made from the silk. Overall, a valuable and relaxing visit I’d recommend anyone in Siem Reap to check out.

Highly Recommended - I enjoyed spending the morning at the farm making crafts and learning the method of cultivating the plant for various purposes. The boat ride was beautiful amongst the water lilies and lotus. It was here we learned how to fold then flower, make a necklace and enjoy the serene surroundings. Visiting this farm provided us a fascinating glimpse into Cambodia's agricultural heritage and offers a serene escape from the bustling city, allowing visitors to connect with nature and learn about an essential aspect of Cambodian culture. Highly recommend.

A day amongst the lotus flowers - This was such an excellent day. We went out in little motorized canoes onto the lake to see where the lotus flowers grow and the guide made us bouquets from freshly picked flowers. We then saw how the whole process turn the stems to silken thread to cloth and then to beautiful bags and dresses. We had the opportunity to make and decorate wrapping paper, incense sticks and lotus seed bracelets. They are very keen to show off their commitment to sustainability and use of renewable energy. Lovely people.

Guided tour is fun but boat tour is horrible - We had chosen the boat tour + the tour. The tour was fun and informative. While the workers were working on removing the lotus fibers from the plant, we were told all about this. The boat tour, on the other hand, was horrible. This would take an hour longer but were done after about 25 minutes. The man on the boat sailed us a bit between the lotus flowers after which he picked a number of them and started making crafts like a clown, a necklace, hat etc. When he was worked out the boat went back. He hardly said anything could not speak English but did not make any effort to communicate. Absolutely not worth the $10 extra.
