You will commence your day by taking a moment at Srah Srang, also known as the King’s Baths, a considerable basin that is still filled with water today. This is just a brief stroll away from the expansive maze of the Buddhist temple, Banteay Kdei. We will then continue to our next destination, Ta Prohm, which rose to prominence in the 21st century for its role in the film Tomb Raider with Angelina Jolie portraying Lara Croft. With Lara Croft no longer present, this historical site remains a staple on the travel plans of many, and for good reason. Ta Prohm displays an extraordinary symbiosis between the roots of the Spung tree (Tetrameles Nudiflora) and the ancient, moss-covered stones, creating an ideal setting for photographers.
