From there, you will be driven to the Ephesus/Selcuk district, which is approximately 30 minutes from the Kusadasi cruise port.

You will visit the Celsus Library, Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan, Grand Theater, Hercules Gate, Odeon, Ancient Toilets, and many other significant historical structures in this UNESCO-listed ancient city.
- Ephesus Terrace Houses - Located on the hill opposite the Hadrian Temple, these terrace houses, also known as “the houses of the rich,” provide insights into family life during the Roman period. They were constructed according to the Hippodamian plan, where roads intersected at right angles. (Pass by without stopping / no visit. Visiting the Terrace Houses is not included in this tour. If you wish to add a visit, it will require an additional 30-40 minutes and an extra entrance fee.)
- The Temple of Artemis - Another stop on this tour is the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, located next to the ancient city of Ephesus.
- Kusadasi Gazi Begendi Park - You will return to Kusadasi and stop at Gazi Begendi Park (Hill) to take photos of Kusadasi Bay and your cruise ship from this vantage point.
- Okuz Mehmet Pasa KervansarayI - This caravanserai, built by Grand Vizier Okuz Mehmed Pasha, was intended to support maritime trade in the region. It is located opposite the Kusadasi cruise port. ** The distance between the Kusadasi cruise port and the caravanserai is 130 meters. This tour does not include a visit to the caravanserai, but you can visit it on your own after being dropped off at the Kusadasi cruise port.
- Kusadasi Castle - This small, picturesque Byzantine fortress stands on the causeway-connected Guvercin Adasi (Pigeon Island) and has recently been renovated. ** The distance between the Kusadasi cruise port and the castle is 500 meters. This tour does not include a visit to the castle, but you can visit it on your own after being dropped off at the Kusadasi cruise port.

5 Star Guide - We were so fortunate to have Liset Rios de Kuhar as our guide for this tour that explored the Bay, Our Lady of the Rocks, the village of Pestar and a wonderful walking tour of the incredible "old town" of Kotor. She was thoroughly prepared for any issues (at last minute we decided not to use the speedboat option because of the threat of rain and she had a comfortable van at the ready). She was knowledgeable of the history, the cultures and the local lore and imparted the same to us so we had a very good understanding of the area. She was also mindful of our limitations (several had mobility and stamina issues) and set a pace which was perfect. Highly recommend Liset, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
