If you are spending a limited time in Kuala Lumpur, don't miss this tour - This is an excellent tour if you have not visited the Malaysian country side. Part of the road to the tea plantation is narrow with many curves but the guide/driver was driving safely. His English was also excellent. Unfortunately, the tea plantation factory was not opened but my husband and I enjoyed a cup a tea at the plantation after taking many photos of the fantastic scenery on a walk in the plantation. This tour helped us understand why the highlands are renowned for its varied crops that sometime extend to the side of the road. We also saw many palm tree plantations along the road and drove through a small part of the Malaysian jungle; the jungle noises were amazing.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! - I have traveled all over the world and have done hundreds of tours, but this one was well worth every penny. Not only was the entire trip awesome, but Rajan made it special. He gave us so much in depth information, it was like 10 tours in one. Every stop we made, he made it more and more special. He took tons of photos of us and then sent them to us that evening. We were so impressed with Rajan, we booked another Private tour with Rajan the next day to the Batu Caves and Elephants. Like I said, I felt like we had several tours in one. He was just awesome. If you are ever in Kuala Lumpur, get the tour with Rajan. I promise you will not be disappointed.

A good experience - It was a really good day were me and my wife could enjoy a little more about Malaysia countryside and get to know their culture and history. Maran (our guide) was a phenomenal guide, he did not only drive us to the place but explain us everything on details about the locations and their history. Since Maran is a very knowledgeable person we could speak about almost everything about Malaysia. Worth every cent :). Best regards

Adventurous tour - We went to this tour on Sunday, 5th January 2020. Truthfully, we were not sure if the tour is possible, because we booked this trip the day before and after opening hours. We were surprised and happy to get a message with a confirmation and our pick-up time at the hotel. Our adventure could start. Our driver, Razuan, was wonderful! He picked us up very early in the morning and we visited all the places as the tour prospected. Without rush. We could take our time as long as we needed. During the trip we had a lot of questions and Razuan was very helpful to answer everything. He even showed us stuff outside from the tour. For example: we visited a village of nomads where they showed us how to use a bamboo pipe. It was amazing! As for lunch we could decide which food we prefered and at what time we wanted to eat. Now something which we didn't expect: the description promoted, that all entrance fees are included in the price. Which means the Batu Caves, Waterfall, Strawberry Farm, Butterfly Farm and Cameron Highlands, but actually there were no entrance fees at most of the stops. Only at the Butterfly Farm (10 MYR) and the Cameron Highlands - tea plantage - has been an entrance fee for 3 MYR (by foot) and 12 MYR for a shuttle buggy - which you have to pay yourself. So to sum it up, you mainly pay for the transfer, nevertheless we would recommend the tour.

Was more like a taxi than a tour... - The experience was more like a taxi ride than an actual tour... The guide was not fully informed about the area and did not even know what the meaning of the word "Cameron" was... the only plus was that the area beautiful...

Nope! Nope! Nope! - I had heard so much about Cameron Highland, the majestic tea farms and astonishing nature. At this point I am not sure if it is true at all because what we went through was anything but beautiful. I don’t want to sound dramatic and I usually don’t even care enough to review mediocre experiences but this one was so special. first of all, the driver wasn’t even trying to engage in any conversation or answer any questions without being sarcastic or flat out rude. We started our trip by getting coffee at a gas station. The magic continued with visiting a waterfall, a couple of ugly side-road local shops (the ones that sell everything from plastic toys to baskets to fruits) which were supposedly „vegetable market“ and a couple of „farms“ which were also a mixture of side road shops and had a couple of bee hives, strawberry plants and a handful of caged poor domestic and wild animals. So, there goes the bee farm and strawberry picking! For lunch we were also dropped off at a rode side to go get something to eat and even when we asked for recommendations the driver responded with „I haven’t been in all of them!“ We ended up finding and Indian street food place with friendly staff and tasty food which was kinda the highlight of the trip. Also, probably I had high expectations of a tea farm but at the one we visited there wasn’t any sample tea leaves to smell or try, no explanation, not even a cup of fresh brewed tea to taste. There weren’t even any other tea products other than flavored tea bags to purchase (strawberry, orange, what have you). I don’t want to speak for everyone but tea bags with artificial flavoring is not what I imagine when I go visit a tea plantation. In all these stops the driver just dropped us off, went to smoke and informed us that we have to be back to the car by … minutes. So, that was that.

Disappointing - This was easily the most disappointing and expensive trip I have had the misfortune to book. My driver ,who did drive well, came on time, and we set off - I hadn’t realised that it was one on one. He had a mask on the proceeded to cough very badly for the first hour when I asked him whether we should be doing this trip. He said was OK but I became increasingly uncomfortable as the cough and sneezes were persistent. We got as far as the tea plantation which was underwhelming compared to previous tea plantation visits in India. At this point I requested to go back to my hotel and terminate the day. His English was also not good and it was very difficult to hear and understand him. I arrived back at my hotel at 1pm.
