Great for solo traveler - It was a very personable tour. The driver spoke pretty good English and it felt like a friend of the family was giving the tour.

Great Experience - Excellent guide and plenty of places to be visited in one day.
Very good organisation, easy comms were established earlier in the day, 7 places visited with additional places captured, overall, great outcome, happy customers.

Never book this.pathetic and rude operator. Lost entire money - Pathetic and rude operator. They have no idea that KUL airport isn't issuing Transit visa since many days , still they are accepting layover tour. When I asked for refund local KUL tour operator guy said asked viator for refund and talked very rudely. When I asked viator for refund they said local operator is not giving refund. Will never use viator again in my life. My first and last booking. Lost Rs.11200. Pathetic service
