• Please ensure that you are contactable at the contact number you provided at checkout, as the operator will send a confirmation message once your transfer is arranged
• There will be an extra charge of RM 25 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
• Please wait outside your hotel lobby or at the designated pick up location at least 5 minutes before pick up time
• Please call the operator if you are unable to find your driver
• If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
