Unique experience in perfect snow - Great day in perfect weather (it was snowing) in Chernobyl. The guide was great and the bus driver made sure we arrived in all the different spots. My boyfriend loved it (it was his birthday present) and I also enjoyed the day (despite 0 degrees).

Awesome day, if you don't go you miss something very special. - Our Guide Tania and driver Alexander were truly amazing, I had an awesome day with the best group of people from across the globe. We saw all kinds, walked miles in the snow and listened to the history and local info from a very knowledgeable Tania. The day was everything I hoped for and so much more. Thank you both at SoloEast, you're awesome! Thanks to the guys on the trip who turned my solo experience into the best group one I could ever have wanted. Highly recommend!

Once in a lifetime experience. - The most interesting part was the part about the power plant itself, the disaster, the technicalities and the liquidation after the disaster.

A Unique Expreince - We booked this tour and were looking forward to walking inside some of the buildings, but were not allowed. The buildings are collapsing...or ceilings and much of the interior of buildings. We were disappointed about not being able to walk around, but feel privileged that we were able to at least look inside. It is predicted that years from now Chernobyl or Pripyat will be closed to tourists as the government is not doing anything to preserve the structures. Still, our guide "Jenny" was informative and packed a lot into our day trip.
