Escape the heat and make fun treats! - This Wagashi (Japanese Sweets) cooking class with Miho was the best activity for my 12 year old son and I to do together, especially when it is miserably hot outside and sightseeing is just not so fun to do, this was the perfect place to be. Miho is very sweet and a wonderful instructor and is so welcoming into her home. Eating the treats we made at the end of the class was perfect, and she gave us matcha tea which we made ourselves as well!

Fantastic authentic experience - What a fantastic experience! Miho-San is a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, and the house where we cooked was gorgeous, with traditional tatami mats and a room overlooking a beautiful small garden. Miho was well organised and very encouraging of me and my almost 8 year old, who raved about our time there. One of our favourite memories! Plus we can make mochi ice cream at home now. Really glad we included this on our trip.

Unique Experience - Miho was such a great host. We had such a unique experience making Japanese desserts. She was very patient and kind. She was very prepared and helped our children. We got to eat the fruits of our labor in a traditional Japanese room with a small garden outside. We made so much that we even had leftovers for later!
