Fushimiinari Shrine - Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine：
The shrine is famous for the fantastic scenery of the thousand torii gates that line the approach to the shrine. These torii gates were placed at the shrine to pray for the safe fulfillment of wishes and as a token of gratitude for the fulfillment of wishes. Visit the shrine, which has been widely worshipped not only by emperors, aristocrats, and warriors, but also by the general public. -
Kiyomizu-dera Temple - Kiyomizudera：
It is a World Heritage temple that represents Kyoto. Kiyomizu-dera, one of the most visited temples in Japan, is said to have started with the enshrining of a statue of Kannon (the name of Guanyin in Japanese), known for her compassion. You can get a full view of the beautiful streets of Kyoto from the famed stage of Kiyomizu-dera that protrudes from the mountainside. - Sanneizaka - It is part of the approach to Kiyomizu Temple and is said to have been used by Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s wife Kita no Mandokoro. Along with Ninen-zaka, it is designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings in Kyoto City. The winding stone pavement and stone steps are lined with old-fashioned buildings on both sides, and it is one of the focal points for sightseeing at Kiyomizu.

Hanamikoji Street - Gion / Hanami-Koji Street：
This place, popular with tourists, is the main street of the Gion area. There are many Kyoto-esque buildings both within and around the avenue, such as Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines, as well as teahouses, all lined up next to each other. If you are lucky, you may even spot geishas and maikos making their way in the back alleys! - Nijo Castle - Nijo Castle, the place of glory and demise of the Tokugawa Shogunate, is a valuable castle holding Japanese history. Here you can sit in the garden and enjoy the view, a small break after the busy tourist rush.
- Kinkakuji Temple - Also known as the Golden Pavillion. It is busy all year around, but this is a must-see!

At Fushimi Inari, enjoy the mysterious ‘Senbon-torii’. Kiyomizu-dera Temple offers a unique view of Kyoto from its stage, while Nijo Castle showcases gorgeous old architecture. Kinkaku-dera Temple, known for its golden building, is said to be the origin of the ‘Golden Land’

Magical place with beauty & wonder - Wow, there’s no words to describe Kyoto’s beauty and wonder. We were thankful to have Kei as our tour guide. He was super sweet and kind. He gave us historical details of every stop, explained Japanese culture, took us to cool place for lunch and was wonderful at taking pictures. He always asked If we bedded anything and was such a pleasure especially for a 7 hour tour. Definitely recommend the tour and asking for Kei!

Amazing Kyoto tour with Fumiyo - Highly Recommend - Fumiyo was so nice, fun to travel with, very knowledgable, and made our Kyoto day trip so easy for us! We had an amazing time seeing sanneizaka, ninen zaka path, kiyamizudera temple, Nijo castle, kinkakuji and many more places. Fumiyo was also more than happy to modify the itinerary for any places we wanted to visit.
It was very nice not to think about any commuting details, and to receive so many local insights into all the destinations and their rich history.
Kyoto is a big place with so many things to see, I would highly recommend Fumiyo to guide you, we had an amazing time and it was my favorite tour!

Ascension - This was a nice, low impact tour. Our guide spoke very good English and had accurate historical knowledge of the sites and myths. He quickly calibrated the tour to account for a family members capabilities and made extra effort to ensure our tour was extra pleasant.

Outstanding Guide and Tour Experience in Kyoto - We had a fantastic experience with our guide Yama, who was extremely knowledgeable about Kyoto. Not only did he take us to the spots included in the tour, but he also recommended various other must-see places. The Japanese restaurant he suggested was also delicious. Thanks to him, we had a fulfilling day!!

Nice tour with a local tour guide - We were late but the tour guide waited for us patiently. Our guide is very nice and helping us throughout the tour. As we have been to some attractions already, he even suggested some nice alternatives for us to visit.

Best Kyoto experience of Cherry Blossoms and guide! - This is definitely the best private tour in Kyoto. Our guide Eric was friendly and informative. Throughout our day together he was attentive to our preferences making great suggestions. We went to Kyoto to have a experience of Sakura season. He recommended the best location to see the blossoms and we could see a lot of them!

Tour very enjoyable - Thank you to Kevin at Oromo Travel for helping with last minute arrangements. Sugahara Kiriko was our private guide and she was a delight taking us wherever we asked plus making suggestions and taking pictures of us. My friend and I went to the tea house for dessert and tea. Fantastic! Everything was Fantastic including sights and lunch. This tour is a must do.

Great Tour to get the Essence of Kyoto - This tour is an absolute must for first timers to Kyoto. It provided great insight on the essential places to see. Our tour guide (Fukumoto) was very flexible and allowed us to change the planned itinerary due to certain places being closed or already visited. She explained the history very well and the visited sites were quite amazing with fall colors. I would recommend this tour to get an essence of Kyoto as a whole.
