Amazing Tour for Rafting! - Amazing tour and experience. We had Alejandro has a tour guide along side with Christopher and Johnny. They were extremely helpful and made the activity fun and safe. My son which is 8 yrs old was a part of the tour and he had the best time of his life.

Amazing - great rapids with friendly staff who make you feel safe. So much fun - a must do! - Amazing fun for our family of 7 adults (aged 19 to 54 years). We arrived at Arenal Rafting centre and it seemed busy and a bit chaotic but it is organised chaos. We were instructed to follow our group leader (Carlos R) on to our bus. We had a 45 min drive to the river with a stop for drinks and toilet. At the shop, Carlos pointed out a sloth in the tree outside. Our raft guide was Carlos Gonzales, who was brilliant. He made us feel safe at all times, explaining the commands clearly and checking in with me constantly as I was a bit nervous. He was great fun too - making jokes and doing acrobatic tricks! He was also very knowledgable about the wildlife and fauna. He pointed out sloths, iguanas, a toucan and birds of prey. The rapids were exhilarating, with most of the rapids at the beginning, so later on we could enjoy the scenery where the river was calmer. We stopped half way through for some mouthwatering fruit and we had lunch awaiting us, which was a delicious combination of rice, beans and beef. Summary - well organised, really friendly staff and the rapids were great fun! I was really impressed with their safety: the boats stayed together and the they had an extra raft and kayaker following the rafts for anyone that went overboard.

Thrilling! - Our family of 4 with 2 teens had an absolute blast! The thrill level was high and we felt very safe throughout the entire journey. Highly recommend!

Safe but fun - Jager was a fantastic guide. I was with my teenagers and I was a little concerned about ending up in the water. Jager kept me in the raft and made sure everyone had a great time!

Rafting class 3/4 - Roberto was an amazing guide with a good working knowledge of the river. We had a blast! Highly recommend this tour. It was well worth it!

Amazing experience - Excellent attention and organization activities with many security controls. Very good cooking seasoning with delicious food. It would improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Very friendly, fun and helpful staff. Juana about excellent rafting

High fun factor, well organized. - Great experience for my family but the IV’s were a bit too much for my wife and children. Well organized. 9:15 pick up and 14:30 finished including lunch.

Fun but not as thrilling as anticipated - The tour was fun and the guides were great but having done rafting before this was definitely not a class 3 / 4. There also was at least 10 boats in one go which made it feel very crowded. The stunning scenery and the wildlife we saw partly made up for it, but still not the thrill I was expecting.
