A tour not to be missed!! - The whitewater rafting tour was amazing! It was just our group of 4 and our guides were so incredible. It was longer than we expected and we stopped in a shallow area so we could swim and jump off rocks into the water below. We paid for the photos from their professional photographer and she did an amazing job and we left with 500+ photos!! So worth the $15 USD per person!! A definite "MUST DO" while in Costa Rica and Go Adventure was the best company to book with!

Efficient friendly not a long wait - Great day all around staff very friendly and helpful hot girls were nice after the tubing had dinner at the resort and it was great also affordable prices safe conditions for today guides really know what they're doing.

Great experience - Wonderful trip- Sabatian was a great host. We had time to swim and redo another wave. The weather was great so the river was smooth and the ripples fantastic.

Great experience!! - Water tubing near Arenal Volcano was such a unique, awesome experience!! Our guides, Fil and Jose were amazing and made sure we had a smooth experience going down the river in our tubes.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

White Water Tubing on Arenal River/Maleku Village - Miguel and his friends took us tubing in the rapids of the Arenal River. The water was warm and Miguel and his team took photos of us (which were incredibly reasonable). I had never done anything like this and I was kinda scared but Miguel kept calling me "Mama" (I'm 70) and there were two grandmothers from England who said, Go for it! so I trusted them all and had a wonderful time! We were disappointed that we didn't get to learn more about the Maleku culture, etc. But the day was packed. There was a family with younger children and Miguel paid them the same attention, making sure the younger ones were safe and having fun.

Not so lazy River! - River Rapids tour was exhilarating and fun! Gabriel and Phil were super helpful getting us down the river while Junior showed us how to relax and have fun PURA VIDA! These gentlemen had the utmost patience and amazing sense of humor. Kept us all safe and comfortable.

So fun! - The guides were very friendly and made sure everyone navigated the river rapids safely. You can tell they really enjoy their job! The hot springs after we’re a nice touch, smaller than others but a nice way to relax after the tour. I would recommend this trip if you’re thinking about it.

Did not send us pictures we paid for - We had fun during the experience but paid extra money for pictures and they never sent us pictures. We messaged them multiple times on WhatsApp and gave them our email too but no reply. It's a little scammy and very disappointing.

Cancelled 10 mins before start - Our tour got cancelled because there was too much water in the river. We completely understand that this can happen and that they can cancel at any time, as it said so in the booking information. However, they called us only 10 minutes before meetup time. We had already been driving for over one hour when they told us that all of the tube tours that day had been cancelled. We had booked the last tour of the day, so they knew several hours earlier that it had to be cancelled, and still didn't tell us anything until 10 mins before the start. That is, in my opinion, disrespectful. We were offered to rescedule for an other day, but didn't want to risc it happening again.
