Perfect day trip from La Paz - This tour actually deserves more than 5 stars. We were picked up from our hotel on time and drove up to about 4500 m. Here we received instructions, our clothing and breakfast. We then drove down a paved road for a good half hour to get used to our mountain bikes. Next we got back in the car and drove to the actual starting point of the Death Road. Our guide Batman prepared us well so that we could get started. The actual Death Road is amazing - an incredibly beautiful view that you get there. However, I would advise people who are not physically fit to skip the tour, as the descent is quite tough and you really have to concentrate. At the end of the Death Road you could treat yourself to a beer and then we went to a beautiful hotel complex where you could enrich yourself at the buffet and also use the pool. A special thank you goes to our guide Batman, who made the day perfect.

Exceptionally good! - The tour started at 6 a.m. from our hotel and lasted until 7 p.m. back at our hotel. We drove for about an hour to the first point where we got our equipment and the bikes. There was also something to eat and drink. Then we set off on about 20 km on the asphalt. Luis, our driver, waited for us and took us to the actual start of the Death Road. The car was with us the whole time - in case someone couldn't go on or something like that. Batman looked after everyone at all times and told us a lot about the individual points. It was a great tour with an outstanding view. It's actually all downhill. You only have to use a bit of strength at the end. We had lunch in a resort where you can also shower and use the pool. Everything is included in the price. Batman & Luis were great! Thank you for this great tour and the lovely day! Don't miss it!

An amazing day! - We had the best time cycling death road with Eloy (guide) and Luis (driver). Eloy was super informative about the area, the local communities and the history of the road. The equipment was also of a very good quality and the bikes felt very safe. Would totally recommend this day trip to anyone who likes an outdoor adventure! We even got to okay with monkeys at the end - amazing!! Thanks so much for the best trip

Amazing experience, average bike - Nelson was an amazing tour guide with an infectious positive attitude. Death Road is stunning and should absolutely be biked. However, my bike’s suspension did not work well and was very rattly. It made the experience a little bit uncomfortable.

Excellent day out taking on Death Road with a professional company. - An excellent day out with One Death Road and our guide Gandalf. Would recommend to anyone considering cycling death road. The bikes and equipment were of a high standard and we felt very safe throughout. Gandalf was really friendly answering any questions we had and showing his expert knowledge.

Highlight of My South America Travel! - What an incredible experience! I got my adrenaline fix while taking in the sights of some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Oliver was an incredible guide - keeping us safe and educating on the history of the area. His team provided proper safety training and had all the necessary equipment to ensure we survived the Death Road. I was a pretty aggressive rider, but I would encourage anyone who is concerned about their skills or their pace to not be afraid. The team provides extra attention to riders who may need it, and I can attest that you are not holding anyone back because the "fast finishers" got to soak in the amazing landscapes for even longer. It was a lovely group experience getting to know the team and my fellow travelers.
