Cruise Terminal, Largo Michele Fiorillo - When you arrive at the port of La Spezia, and as soon as you descend from your cruise, you will have to take the shuttle bus that will take you to the cruise terminal where our escort will be waiting for you - Once you're outside the Cruise Terminal you will have to look for your tour leader who will be wearing a blue t-shirt from the "Shore Emotion Crew"

Swimming? - Beautiful towns. Very hot (can’t control that). Nice tour. Plenty of free time
There were two opportunities to swim in the ocean. Consider bringing a towel and suits - good for the little ones on such a hot day.

Great tour! - This tour was amazing!! Lisa was an excellent tour guide and told us where to go for the best pictures. She was so nice and accommodating. Cinque Terre is very easy to visit by train and Lisa was a pro! Would highly recommend!!

Great day in Cinque Terre - Cinque Terre has been on my bucket list for a long time, so when our cruise was scheduled to port at La Spezia, I booked this tour that took us to three of the five villages. It was an excellent choice. Our tour guide Romina is a La Spezia native who knows the area well and capably shepherded our group on and off the crowded trains and through the three beautiful villages. It was great to have that local knowledge and perspective to make sure we made the most of our time there and got back to our ship on time. Highly recommend this tour.

Visit Beautiful Cinque Terre - Phenomenal tour of Cinque Terre! Our tour guide was very informative and personable. She was a local and was so proud of her heritage. We had enough time in three towns in Cinque Terre. It involved a lot of walking but our guide paced the walking. The only negative was the crowded train. We had to stand a few times, but it was definitely worth our visit to this beautiful area.

A fabulous day trip in Cinque Terre with Ciao Florence Tours and Travels - We were a group of travelers from cruise ship . I contacted Ciao Florence Tours n Travel long before my holiday. Elena responded promptly. She was very helpful, gave us a lot of advice. We joined the walking tour from La Spezia port to Cinque Terre for the whole day . We had a Marvelous guide , Sonia. She was kind and gentle , very knowledgeable about Cinque Terre. She helped us to skip the crowds, giving us more time in sight seeing. She knew all the good spots for photo shots . We are grateful for all the beautiful pictures we had in Cinque Terre. She was the best guide in my excursions in Italy. Thank you Sonia for your heartfelt arrangements.
Also my appreciation to Elena , her sincerity gave me much confidence in booking through her company. She had helped us to arrange 2 excursions.

Scam took away the positive - The trip itself is nice . Nice to have a guide to direct you and answer questions with information. My issue is and I will be reporting it to my credit card company is that after I was charged for the original price I booked months ago and too late to cancel as it was under the 24 hr mark I got an email telling me I had to pay 20 euros more per person so a total of 60 to continue with the trip because the train fare went up . It would’ve been good to know before I could not get. My money back . Just saying trip was booked months ago so did they raise the fare 24 hrs before I think not. It’s very u professional almost like a scam and people on the train that did alone verified the ticket was 10 euros so no increase or very small not what I got charged .

Wouldn’t recommend this tour company. - The tour company raised the price after a confirmed booking saying the train tickets had gone up. The tour company also needs to provide headset. With 22 to 24 people it was very hard to hear the guide although she tried her best.

Terrible - Was advised night before excursion train ticket increased therefore they have to charge us additional 40euros. Ticket increased over 2 months ago yet we were only advised night before our excursion leaving us absolutely no option but to pay the additional because it was too late to replace with another excursion and too late to cancel to avoid fee.
The tour itself was not a a guided tour. Guide basically took us to the train, mentioned a few things, and we were on our own until we had to meet her at a specific time.
VERY DISAPPOINTING.. Woukd not recommend this tour.
