Friendly, Family-Owned Business! - If you're looking to do your own thing (without a guide), then rent your kayak or paddleboard from Paddle Fun. It's a small, family-owned business. Rita made sure we were all set before venturing out, and her brother Marcus kept riding around on his boat checking on us. They were both super friendly and more than willing to engage in conversation. Just a heads up (and this has nothing to do with the business), there are a lot of boats exploring the caves throughout the day at the same time, so I recommend going out early in the morning to avoid them.

My favorite experience in Lagos - Wow! Incredible experience. We have experience paddle boarding so it was nice to just get the paddle boards and take off on our own. Verify pick up address with company. The directions were not accurate through the Viator site.

Superb paddle board experience - Fantastic experience hiring paddle boards in Lago . Very easy to book and pick up the boards. Views of the caves were spectacular! Highly recommend!

Do it! - Incredible experience! We collected the boards from their shop at the Praia de Dona Ana car park then it's just a short walk down some stairs to the beach. We left most of our belongings at the shop and took a couple of essentials in the dry bag provided. Both staff members were lovely and helpful when we picked up the boards and when we dropped them off. We paid for 2 hours which was a perfect amount of time to go slowly down the coast and get back. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes to account for getting ready and travelling to and from the beach! The water and scenery was picturesque and we stopped of at a few little coves and beaches along the way. Would recommend this experience to anybody, and much preferred this way rather than going on a group tour and having to keep the pace with everyone else.

Perfect paddle board rental offering - Exactly what we were looking for—ability to rent paddleboards right at the beach without booking a group tour. Valter made the process quick and easy. The gear was quality (I have a similar inflatable paddle board at home) and the scenery along the coast was phenomenal. Just be mindful of aggressive boat tour operators. They don't like the paddleboarders very much and can be a bit territorial, so be quick in and out when entering the grottoes and arches along the way.

Great experience - Super good experience overall, I loved it! For the half of the prices from the tours (they charge between 45/50€) you can get the same experience or better from PadleFun for only 25€.

Better than the guided tours! - Great Deal! Less than half the price of the guided tours. If you are a first timer, like me, you will take a few lumps at first! But, you will quickly get a hang of it. Then, you are on your own to explore the beautiful coast. A word of caution; if you are a first timer and wearing sunglasses, take them off until you are up and paddling comfortably. I lost mine right away when I took my first spill! Didn't spoil the morning though! What a cool experience to see everything from the water. I would highly recommend renting from Valter and Paddle Fun.
