Porto Mós Beach - Sunset Yoga in Lagos
We are starting our class with a little walk to a more hidden spot at Praia de Porto Mós, surrounded with an amazing cliff and a view over the ocean. The class is a Hatha Yoga-based class that is open to all levels of practice, beginner to advanced. When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light is changing and another small cycle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remind yourself of the journey of letting go. Come and join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean. Please sign up in advanced! Starting time might change depending on weather, tide and sunset time, which I will text you a day before the booked class.

Sunset Yoga in Lagos - A First-Time Experience to Remember - I attended my very first Sunset Yoga class on Saturday, June 8, 2024, in Lagos, and it was a truly amazing experience. The instructor was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, including those of us with no prior experience.
unfortunately we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, But I felt encouraged and supported throughout, and the instructor's guidance helped me feel more confident in my movements.
It's definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone, regardless of their yoga background. Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to yoga. I can't wait to see the photos and laugh at how balanced (or not) I looked in the Warrior 3 pose!

Awesome, waiting for photo - Hi
It was very nice, I experienced for the first time. Only balancing on mat was difficult, but overall awesome. Best was she took pictures for our memories. But I didn’t received the photo yet, hope to get it soon.

Mindfulness in action! Beautiful experience - Lizi was such a welcoming and warm host and the beach is spectacular! Highly recommend this mindful experience. We also really appreciated receiving some photographs afterwards which made a wonderful holiday memento.

Beautiful sunset experience! - Lizi led an incredible class! She is a thoughtful and interesting teacher, and the class was so rejuvenating. I would 100% recommend her. The views of the cliffs and ocean were insane 😍
