An unforgettable day at the Colorado Ski Resort - We went on the Colorado ski day tour + snow clothes and ski lessons. It was spectacular. The bus picked us up on time, we took the snow clothes fast and arrived early to the mountain. Our Belen Guide has a very good attitude, gave us interesting information along the way. When we got to the mountain, we were able to store our things in the van and Belen was so kind that I helped our whole group lower their boots from the team rental to the van. After that we went skiing all day. Every time we took a break, Belen was there for anything we needed. 10/10 the tour, just fantastic.

Ski day tour + snow clothes + sky lessons - We went on the Sky day tour in Colorado + snow clothes and Ski lessons. It was a pleasant experience I loved our Guide is called Belen, along the way not only gave us the tour talk, but also gave us mucbos data of plants, trees and birds that we would see in the Andes mountain range. His energy and kindness was wonderful. Every second he provided us with help with anything we needed. Super recommends the Guide and Tour!

Amazing experience!! - We went to el Colorado, and it was amazing, I chose snowboard, what a wonderful experience!! Our Guide, Belen super charismatic and knows everything about the region!!! I highly recommend!! Snowboarding is amazing, but it's harder, if you want something easier, go ski!

EL COLORADO - EXCELLENT - The Tour was excellent, we are Uruguayans and we knew the Ski Center "El Colorado", from the company Turistik were always attentive from the moment of purchase and attentive to any questions. The spectacular Bethlehem Guide, pending anything we would need and provided valuable information throughout the trip. I totally recommend this tour to be able to have a great experience when you get to know other terrain like snow and especially not worry about everything!

Ski day in El Colorado - The organization of the excellent trip. We went to do a Ski Day in El Colorado with Belen M. de Turistik and everything was great. She's super nice and willing to help us with everything, and that's super important, especially when you go alone. The place is very good for those who want to start skiing like me. Super recommend!

Pleasant surprise in El Colorado - I arrived in Chile expecting to go to other ski parks, but the agency recommended me El Colorado for beginner trails and had a pleasant surprise. Although not as well known as Valle Nevado and Farellones, the view from this site is amazing and the slopes are quite spacious.

El Colorado - We went to El Colorado on 18/07/2014 with the Guide Belen M. I want to congratulate the touristik for the punctuality and the professional Guide Belen M super attentive, friendly and organized even if it were not for her probably our experience would have been quite difficult for several reasons that I explain below. First of all, the rental of clothes is absurdly chaotic! An extreme mess, I know we went on a holiday period where the number of people in these places are bigger but besides the lack of education of many tourists there is an extreme disorder in the place (and although the employees have a lot of good will to help us disorder is very big), another point of great despair was when arriving in El Colorado to pick up the boots and ski - if in the place of clothing rental was a mess in this place the mess was much bigger - almost a despair! There is no guidance on the size of ski boots (because if you never skied, as our family had not skied do not think that if you pants 32 your ski boots will be 32), the place is small to carry a large number of tourists without experience, few attendees to “adjust” the ski, not to mention the lockers we rented and we could not use because they had no more locks! (if it wasn’t for Belen we ⁇ ’t have got the refund). We arrived around 10:00/20:15 in El Colorado and we went to enjoy the day was already over 12:30. I saw many people missing the ski lessons (already purchased previously for this lack of organization of the site). I thank our Guide Belen for the sympathy, calmness and security in helping us (even because we were with a child).

Scammed by Turistik - I feel scam I am giving 1 week advance notice that I will get sick and will not be able to attend and do not reschedule the date of the trip, nor let me change trip or allow me to refund. Ignore my messages, emails and calls, full disappointed in you I hope solution

Turistik El Colorado Sky Day - On the 16/07/2024 we hired the company Turistik in their Vacation Package (El Colorado Sky Day). When we reached the meeting point we picked up a van that was not with the company logo and color. When asked about, they said they are partners of Turistik. The van was acceptable. The trip was quiet. However the descent around the mountain was desperate. The van started smelling burnt, driver stopped the van on the road itself and the Guide with name something like (Bell) told us passengers that the brake pads were heated, that we shouldn't worry because td was under control. We stopped on the track for a few minutes and we continued our journey. My family and I came desperately wondering how the car could lose its brake. I never thought I'd go through something like that. Even more on a mountain road where brakes are essential. Disappointment is the word. I felt hurt and my life at risk. I have done several trips with Turistik and I have never had this kind of experience. Third-party services risking people's lives and unacceptable. I hope the company revises its concepts urgently. This complaint was posted here because there is no El Colorado Sky Day by Turistik.
