Smooth & timely transfer - Really effiecient and freindly staff. The transfers were on time both ends and it was all very smooth, they helped with our bags and were great.

They were waiting at the airport and the guy took our cases for us and in return they were early for pick up. - Excellent service, very prompt on time keeping would highly recommend. We didn’t have to wait around on airport and hotel pick up. Lovely guy that drove us.

Stunning. Worth the money. - We went on the Premium Tour of Timanfaya, Cuerva De Los Verdes, Jameos Del Agua and Mirador Del Rio in Lanzarote. Our tour guide was called PAUL, and he’s the main reason why I felt this needed a review – they guy was local, very knowledgeable and had a great manner. He really made the day and looked after our party to get us into and around all these tourist hotspots. Definitely the way to go see them in one hit via guided tour access. I don’t fancy the queues we saw otherwise. The real highlight was the caves – absolutely stunning! Haven’t been anywhere else like them. Worth the money (£69 Euros per adult, £35 per child). The trip stopped off a designed restaurant – we took a packed lunch because we didn’t know - but in hindsight, and had we been carrying the cash (£12.50 per head) we should have partaken in the organised lunch, the grill looked decent!

can be good - alwaysed use but not sure for the future as not sure to get the transport when requested as had to contact to find out if we had a return or not then it turned up 45 minutes late they are struggling to find drivers to fulfill the bookings

No child seats despite specifically confirming - We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel on Lanzarote, prepaid, specifically left a note to bring child seats for our 3 and 6yo. Then additionally confirmed via chat that the seats for our children would be brought. Guess what - our plane was barely 20mins late to land and there was no car with child seats waiting!!!! They just offered us a regular taxi instead (out of the taxi queue) or extra half an hour wait. We couldn’t wait as it was already a late evening and had to take it. What’s the point of requesting seats and why would they confirm them? They also refused to give any money back despite failing to provide the confirmed level of service. Don’t trust them to bring your children seats!

Car didn’t turn up. - I ordered a car for an early pick up to return to the airport- I didn’t think I would find a taxi at the rank at 5am so paying the extra to book in advance was my only option. I got a confirmation that specifically said not to contact them, they were coming. They emailed the day before to confirm they were coming, and again said not to contact them. They didn’t come. They didn’t phone. They didn’t respond to email or WhatsApp. I ended up running half a mile to the taxi rank, after we should have checked in at the airport. Would never risk it again.

Rubbish service, waste of money. - Late to collect us at airport. No apology from female representative or driver. By the time they arrived most of the people on our flight had left which kind of defeated the object of getting away quickly. On the return trip morning we received telephone and e mail messages asking us to share the minibus back to the airport with another family. How is this a private transfer? We reluctantly agreed on the agreement that we would receive a partial refund. Guess what? The driver and representative knew nothing about it and the guy in the office denied knowing anything. Whole trip was prepaid upon arrival so no way of withholding payment. They therefore got paid twice for the one trip. Looking at earlier reviews this appears to be a regular scam. Lesson is, if you want a private transfer don't use First minute. You might just as well get the transfer coach and save the 50 euros

AWFUL service! Do not use!! - Awful Service! Ordered and paid for private taxi (car), got a minibus. Driver got lost en-route to our apartment as he said our accommodation was new, but was built 4 years ago! Did not arrive to collect us for our airport transfer at the end of the holiday. No contact, no apology. Sent many emails when we got back a few days ago asking for a refund and an apology, heard nothing. But they soon sent many emails to me before we left for our holiday in Lanzarote as they said i had not paid online for the transfers. I had indeed paid and had a credit card receipt to prove it. Use another company. Yes, this is the cheapest company I saw online, but do you really want to chance not getting the service you paid for. TERRIBLE!!! AND the driver was crazy! Tailgating the car in front so so close, i was bricking it! He was waving his arms about and blabbering on in Spanish. Really not impressed with the whole experience.

Poor quality service - Driver arrived 45 minutes after time booked. No explanation provided by company rep on hand. I would not use this service again
