Great First Time Experience - We got the City Go Pass and my family and I chose this tour. We were very impressed with Paulie, the driver and guide. He was full of information and fun while driving. It was the first time we visited Hoover Dam and it was good that we got this tour. We left on time and did the self walking tour. The heat on the day we went was the only problem. It was over 100 degrees. We also stopped at the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge where you can see a good view of the dam. The tour also took us to Hemenway Park where we saw bighorn sheep and Lake Mead. Then the final stop was Boulder City where we got ice cream at Grandma Daisy’s Old Time Confectionery. Paulie also mentioned the best Bloody Mary but we were not interested so we got ice cream instead. Overall, it was a great and fun tour. We will definitely try other tours from this company.

Excellent trip - Excellent experience and Robert and his wife were very good.. Have us enough time at each stop Had a lot of local knowledge

Hoover dam - When we stopped to see bighorn sheep grazing in a park with the backdrop of Boulder City and lake Mead.

Fabulous experience. - We had plenty of time to walk across the dam and take it all in. Would have liked some more time to walk across the bridge.

Great experience - Looking at technology is wonderful and hearing the history behind it is amazing. Making memories with family and friends is important.

Our tour guide was... - Our tour guide was hilarious and we had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour.

Educational - Excellent. Can’t think it could be any better. Wasn’t disappointed. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Trip - Great trip to the Hoover Dam. Our tour guide Luis was extremely helpful, funny and informative. We really enjoyed the day out. Good value for money.

Amazing - Dirk our Driver was amazing so full of knowledge and so many fun facts not only about the Hoover Dam but also Las Vegas

Disgusting - We were told that we could be picked up at Horshoe at 9:50 or at Treasure Island at 10:00. We got to the Horshoe at 9:45. It was very confusing because parking there would cost $50. We had no idea how to find the pickup location. I tried to find the tour van, but the van driver called me telling me that he was at Treasure, and was about to leave to go to Hoover Dam. He said he left the Horseshoe at 9:45, but our pickup time there was supposed to be 9:50. I talked to a woman of Viator, and she said it was just too bad. So we ended up with no tour and lost $99 with no credit for future use. I will not be choosing Viator for our travel experience.
