Great tour - Very knowledgeable guide with some interesting anecdotes. Great way to orient yourself in the city at the start of your trip if you haven’t been to Vegas before. Seeing the strip at night was great.

Las Vegas lit up! - A good evening tour of Las Vegas. It was lovely to see the strip all lit up and it was nice to visit the famous 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign. The only issue we had with this tour was that there was a recording of the audio being played on the speakers which we could not hear properly and at times it was out of sync. We were led to believe from other tours that there would have been a tour guide live explaining the history and landmarks of Las Vegas.

Tourists with friends - I could see everything but could not hear the guide at all and I was sitting in front of a speaker. The tour only takes about 2 hours. The drive was a great driver and really knows how to drive the bus.

Money wasted - No communication from operator regarding pick up location or reminder of any kind. We missed the ride and lost the full fee.

Wasted $140 on a bus tour due to improper directions. - We didn't do the tour because we were sent to the wrong bus stop. We paid for it in advance but were not contacted by "big bus" for an alternative which we could have done.

I emailed and tried to... - I emailed and tried to chat and call a hour before the trip. Explaining we are unable to locate meeting spot going as far as asking police , security and pedestrian on the street. No one knew where the location was. My friends and I loss our entire payment of $250. I was not canceling The no direction except for luxe lane which does not exist. Is horrible business. And even worse., you say I can not get a refund. I will try the better business bureau.
