Getting your exercise - M favorite trip was walking through the forest to arrive at our first of 4 waterfalls. The guide, Edward, pointed out plant and animal life. The waterfalls were beautiful. Edward was knowledgeable of the areas birds, plants and other wildlife.

Waterfalls, mud pots, and hot springs!! - Great experience!!! Hiked one of the trails with a guide—saw a spider monkey and some volcanic activity. Hiked to a waterfall and got to swim in it (SO COLD!!) and then a short walk to the mud pots/hot springs. Highly recommend! A+++

Nice experience but not recommend if windy - We had a nice guide. But I do not recommend it if windy because you don’t see much wildlife. It doesn’t worth the price. You can easily doing it on your own, by going to the National park directly.
