An amazing tour - This is the second tour that we have booked through Viator and we had an amazing time. We felt that it was well organized, covered much of the country and apart from one situation where the driver was late, we had no issues. Yes, the hotels are 3-star but they are in great locations, often very close to the city center. Lenin was generally accessible and very helpful. On the day we arrived in Aguas Calientes, we wanted to go to Machu Picchu that afternoon in addition to the planned trip the next day. Lenin made all the arrangements so we could pick up our entry tickets right at the entry of Machu Picchu and also sent us PDFs for the bus tickets. We did make one change to the itinerary that turned out to be a very good change. As the tour involves a fair amount of travel by bus, we took a flight from Puno (Juliaca) to Cusco instead of a bus. I would recommend making this change as it is a very long trip by bus. Also, be aware of altitude sickness as it is real. Overall, a once in a lifetime trip as we were celebrating my sister's retirement and Lenin and his team made it very nice for us.
