This is an authentic experience where we will learn about the food and traditions of Peru by visiting local markets and non-touristy areas along with our expert guide and transport.
We will head to the fishing neighborhood of Chorrillos to visit the fresh fish market and learn about our seafood and the best fish to prepare “Ceviche,” our national dish. We will identify the different types of fish we have and learn from our fishermen friends!
