Excellent tour of Lisbon - Excellent way to get to know Lisbon and its main tourist attractions. Transport carried out in a very organized manner.

Sights of Lisbon - We rode the entire line once , stayed on the bus and got on and off at sites we wanted to see. This allowed us to have good seats in order to take photos. The audio tape was informative and added to the experience.

Great for seeing the city - Great for seeing the city. It drives a little sporty at times! Few covered seats upstairs given the cold. Overall comfortable and there are several itineraries

Good value - A short family trip in Lisbon with the in laws and decided to take the hop on hop off bus. We didn’t book online so went to Marque de Pombal in the morning and the staff from Grayline was most helpful and proactive. We enjoyed the trip to Belém and spent the afternoon on the Orient line. Drivers are helpful and the audio was working on all the 4 buses we took. The only downside is the buses are not air- conditioned but it was not unbearable. I downloaded the app on the bus and able to track the live schedule of the buses which was most useful and time saving.

A Lisbon bus tour with not nice surprises - We arrived in Lisbon by cruise ship. In the terminal at the exit were various providers for tours. The first Red Line offered a tour for 27€ per person. We assumed that the bus departed from various sights and did not want to get off. This tour should take two hours on request. It started a drive through the city, traffic jam, traffic lights, stops, it was bad. After two hours, the bus stopped somewhere and we were told to get off, the journey had ended here. We told the employee we were going to the ship. We'd have to take the next bus to the ship. Which was also true....after another two hours we arrived at our ship. Good thing we drove early, otherwise we might have missed it.

Terrible customer service. - Bus was 20 minutes late. Poor signage on bus caused me and a few others to get on wrong bus. Audio guide was non functional so I wasted 2 hours driving around a city and not know what I was looking at. Asked for refund but was offered $3.00 off of the $30.00 ticket. Oh ...and the bus driver drove like a maniac through the entire tour. Even speeding 10 KM over speed limit in school zone- there was a RADAR speed sign. I do NOT recommend.

Use a different operator. Dreadful day! - We bought a 1 day pass as we have limited time and have used this company in many cities before. However, this was awful. No room on the bus, despite another almost empty bus not stopping at our stop. Very few of the jack points worked so we couldn't get the commentary. The bus was very old and partially broken ... and the driver was appalling ... driving dangerously fast and using his brakes very aggressively. What a waste of 54 euro and our time. Use a different operator.

Unhelpful Grayline Staff...Use Another Company - Rude and Unhelpful Grayline Staff. Try a different Company! For a company dealing in tourism there was not one encounter that was good. Whoever we asked a question to the answer was the same... scan the QR code and you will get answers. It was clear that couldn't be bothered. Standing around doing NOTHING!
